i have the new macbook pro retina.. i am trying to use icth sparto dj software.. it crashes... so tried to downgrade mountain lion.. cannot downgrade not working.. now i have a loptop woth alomost 3000$ dollars and can't even use it to do my work....... apple wake up... i need solution...
help...
Check with the software vendor for an update to that program. If they don't have one yet then complain to them and continue to use your older system until there is an Update for it.

please slove the problem of error 1009 ...Apple has no App Store in Iran. The US Government has severe restrictions on US companies doing business in Iran, and there may well be other issues such as lack of available infrastructure, issues with Iranian law, or other problems that would also prevent Apple from doing business there.
Unless and until Apple is able to open an App Store in your country there's nothing you can do, and quite frankly I think that's not likely to happen anytime in the foreseeable future.

Why Apple do not let download Safari?
I am just wondering why Apple do not let people download Safari for Mac using a windows machine? The only available options are windows XP and windows XP + quicktime.
Do they think that users are so stupid that don't know what system they have?

All apps are crashing after updating to 4.3.2
Have just updated kids ipod touch latest Gen, now all the apps are crashing - every app including apple apps like facetime are crashing. Can I downgrade this somehow.
Have you tried to do a comlete shut down, leave it off for a minute or two then turn it back on

My ipod will not let me use all but like 3 apps fully without closing me out of the app and i can only use safari or the app store for about 10 seconds without it shutting down the app. This has been happening for about 6 months after the upgrade to ios 4. Please help, should i take my ipod to an apple store?? It is a ipod 2nd generation itouch with ios 4.
We won't know until you try the procedure. The reset will not affect the content of the iPod.

it says i have authorised 5 computers i have not authorised 5 computers and its not letting my deauthorise all computers it says october 2012... cant wait that long could you people plz tell me how to sort this matter out
If you "deauthorized all" last October then you cannot do it again for another 12 months.
Since you just purchased a MBP you may be eligible for free support from AppleCare. If anyone can authorize another "deathorize all" it would be AppleCare so call them. -

goodnight. as you know apple has evolved considerably until today but there are people who do not have ability to buy new products. in my case I would like to know why the apple do not let the iphone 3g update to iOS 4.3 as are several applications that can not put on my iphone 3g due to this reason. This has nothing to do with Apple, as Apple does not make the apps.
This is the decision of the app maker.
Contact those app makers and ask them why they do this. -

Try going to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

The iforgot system demands a rescue email or a answer for security question which I dont have for this account was created many years ago and I never figure there was no other way to confirm my ID with Apple.

Why is t not letting me download free apps on my iPad when it's asking for my security number and when I type it in my details on my iCloud account it's saying its been declined and asking for another payment card ? Can some1 help me pls!!

I cannot pay my outstanding balance as Apple will not let me.
How in the world would I pay my outstanding balance of 40 dollars If apple will not let me? I had already voiced my concerns to apple via email and the only means I could pay my outstanding balance as per their instruction is through itunes gift card. I am unable to use credit cards or debit cards as my apple id account is associated with too many cards (Yeah Right) so in effect I am compelled to purchase an itunes gift card which I did from an online store. HOWEVER, I am unable to use the said gift card as it is only for the US itunes store as I found out in my attempt and my account is set on the Philippine itunes store which renders the gift card absolutely useless; furthermore I cannot switch countries due to the RESTRICTION. I went to support AGAIN and still got the intstruction that I need to use itunes gift cards to pay the balance. This time I went to a Power Mac center and told me that they do not sell itunes gift card for the itunes Philippine store and in fact they and all other branches are not engaged in selling itunes gift cards anymore. I went to other retail stores and told me itunes gift cards are readily available for purchase but it is for the US store only and NEVER for the Philippine store. In fact, they told me that itunes gift cards for the Philippine store DOES NOT EXIST. I went back to the Power Mac center, told them this and they did confirm with the fact that there is no such thing as an itunes gift card for the Itunes Philippine store and they even suggested that I need to make a new account. ***? I emailed apple about this and up to this moment no reply. Now, how am I supposed to pay my outstanding balance? This is such a huge inconvenience in my part, I wish apple would have been more wiser in giving instructions. Now, anyone... Suggestions?

Just want to know why Apple have not made an options menu to remove duplicate photos in iPhoto? I know about downloads you can purchase to delete Dups, but I'm very interested to find out from apple themselves as to why they left this out, to die without knowing this is like having viruses on a pc or waiting for the web page to pop up on windows...

You could have more 5 computers authorized if you ever, for example, reformatted a hard drive or replaced a hard drive without deauthorizing the computer first. Apple's system would see that as a different computer, even though you don't. There's nothing to be afraid of in deauthorizing everything and the reauthorizing what you actually have. You won't lose any data. Mistimp is correct, they can't tell you which computers are authorized. -

But quantity is not everything.
Funny, because Windows proponents and users touted the quantity of apps available with that swiss cheese for security OS being "everything" or a big plus, but now say it isn't everything with iOS. Can't have it both ways.
At present there are about SIX blacklist apps in the OFFICIAL Apple Store which I can buy for MONEY but have NO USE AT ALL because of the APIs restrictions.
3rd party apps don't have access to private iPhone APIs for security reasons. Andrioid is following the same path as Windows. Their so called "open" OS is a swiss cheese for security mobile OS.
If this isn't acceptable to you or having an option to block unwanted calls provided by the iPhone's OS is a very important want or need, stick with an Android or Symbian device that includes the option. -
