Not sure what you meant to ask, but I think the backlog of the orders is all the way till July presently. But if more people pre-order, this can very well go into Aug and other future months (unless Apple catches up with demand). It will be obviously available through out the time this year or next till the apple watch 2 is released and Apple someday discontinues this model for good.

In most situations though, this can generally be attributed to the item being an online-only product or all expected inventory having been already allocated to existing orders.     The program is by no means limited to the US and Canada. It appears to be available in every country that has a Mac App Store. Post where you are and where you purchased your Mac and perhaps someone can offer a suggestion as to how to proceed.

  • Why are some movies only available in languages other than the original version?

    I have mentionned this before, and it keeps happening, and it is oh so annoying! Why in the world would you make a movie available in a translated version, but not in the original? This has happened to me several times now, and it is incredibly frustrating. At least when buying movies on Amazon, I always easily know what language it will be in! Films in French? Some are just in French, some are in French and others. Films in Dutch? Quite a few are originals with Dutch, why not do the same in French?

    Take it up with whomever or whatever company distributes those films in your country.  Those sorts of options are up to the distributors, not Apple.  Only the company or people who own or control the distribution rights to the intellectual property can say what is or is not put up in the iTunes Store.

    There's a Dutch news app for the Nu.nl site. I would like to download this app, but this is not possible outside of the Netherlands (which is where I live). Why on earth is this so? Can't a person abroad read the Dutch news? I've contacted the publisher of the app and asked them why they only made it available in the Netherlands. Their reply was that this was a restriction of the Ovi store. They would like to see it available elsewhere as well. 
    This is unfortunately just one example of many. Ovi Store can you pleas do something about this?

  • Why is my artwork only available in the iTunes store???

    I've scoured the forums looking for a solution to this problem but no luck. My podcast artwork shows up fine in the iTunes store. However, when a podcast is downloaded to a client, the artwork doesnt come along with it. Any itunes client will simply show the generic podcast image instead of the image that appears in the store. Therefore, no artwork ever gets to an ipod.
    Does anyone know why this happens?

    This is a common source of confusion. From Apple's tech specs:
    The itunes:image tag is not supported at the item level. It is possible to include art within individual episodes, but the art is included within the media file’s metadata, not in the RSS feed. To add artwork to an episode using iTunes, highlight the episode and select "Get Info" from the "File" menu. Click the Artwork tab. Then click "Add," navigate to and select an image file, and click "Choose."
    What this means is that the image that shows on an iPod is like album cover art for song files, so you add the artwork to your podcast file before uploading it to your server.

    I have tried to purchase some songs from the French ITunes Store, but I got an alert saying I had to switch over to the US store to do so. I did, but when I searched for the songs in the US store, I could not find them. Why is this so? Is there any way I can get the songs from the French iTunes Store?

    Sorry, I forgot to mention that I do live in the US. I assume that it works the same, that Apple doesn't have permission to sell the French songs in the US. Thank you for the quick response.

  • Why is Noise Reduction only available with some raw files

    I  have been going through my CRW, CR, and CR2 raw files and have noticed that some, when opened in ACR, do not allow me to adjust all the parameters in Noise Reduction.  I thought it might be ISO related, but with a group of identically created raw files, some have full Noise Reduction adjustments while the next file will not.  The only group that offers full adjustment with all files are the newer CR2 files captured with a 5D Mark II.  Older 5D and 10D raw files are a hit and miss.
    Am I missing something?

  • Why is jpeg2000 capability only available as a plugin?

    I've got some jpeg2000 images (extracted from PDFs that I've generated from InDesign) yet I can't open them in PS without a plugin. I can download the plugin from the Adobe site, sitting under Legacy Optional Plugins. What I am wondering about -- the word legacy is typically used for out of date or superceded products.
    I'm intrigued as to the reason why Adobe would not natively include jpeg2000 capabilities. Anyone throw any light on the topic?

    Unlike plug-ins that were installed with CS4 the legacy plug-ins such as JPEG2000 were not specifically rewritten/updated for CS4.

  • Apple Watch actual shipping time?

    When I ordered my Apple Watch is says is will be shipped in 4-6 weeks, the second time I checked it changed to shipping in June. I have heard some people says the actual deliver day will be earlier than displayed, I wonder if it's true. I know it is dumb to ask but I actually have to travel out of the states for couple of mouths, which means if I cannot get it before June I have to ship it to someone else's house to keep it for me. Btw I really want to have it before I leave though.
