I remember choose cheap games and never max $10. I need a full list of stuff i bought this jan and feb. otherwise please give me a full explaination.

You can see all the recently purchased apps on your iPad in the App Store under the "Purchased" tab.

You may need to reset your network settings, making sure the network you're accessing is stable: tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
If your iPhone still can't connect to App Store, tap Settings > iTunes & App Store > tap the Apple ID and sign out > later, sign in with your Apple ID.

Hello royalaqua,
I do think you should ask yourself if upgrading to Lion is the right course to take.
Snow Leopard is an excellent OS and Lion has literally been frozen out after barely a year. Remember too that some of your apps may not work with Lion (those that have Rosetta, for example) so that could mean more new purchases. Plus you may need to uprate your RAM too.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Click on your account name in the top right corner of the iTunes store in the iTunes application on your computer, enter your password and click the "view account" button. Navigate to the Apple ID summary where you have the option to "change country or region".
In order to change your location, you will need a credit card registered to an address in the location you are trying to change to.
You cannot change your location if you have credit on your account, if you are unable to spend your credit and leave a balance of zero, contact Apple, which you can do through iTunes Store Support.

This happened to me twice lately. I finally got around it by double tapping the home key to go back to the homepage finding the app store that was running and flicked it up to get rid of it.
When I went back to the App Store the Popup was gone.

App store charge me one dollar for no goods

I was just apple a new spple store account, this account needs file in my full information with visa card number. when i click compelet,it automaticly charge me one dollar for no reason. I am very sure that i did not buying anything. it will ask me to confirm my account information when i downlaoding a free tool. After my conformation it will charge me one dollar. I dont why, pls help. Thanks.
By the way, i'm using this ipad in china, even i bought it form HK.

It's not actually a charge. It's a hold while they verify the card. Once the card is verified, the hoLd will be released.

There's a work around that may help you. The Mac OS X has "accessibity" features installed that can assist in viewing text.
Open System Preferences then select Universal Access then select the Seeing tab.
Zoom settings are available there.

If you are not aware, when viewing Safari webpages, you can press Command + (plus) or Command - (minus) to adjust the size of the page.
For zooming text only, click View from the Safari menu bar then from the drop down menu click Zoom Text Only.

Verifying payment method validates your Apple ID. You need to do this even if the charge is zero. Can't get around it.

Either they've been moved to another home screen or dropped in a folder, in which case doing a search or resetting the Home Screen layout (Settings/General/Reset) should bring them up, or they've been turned off in General/Restrictions.
