Why are BT doing this to me???

Question

For months now, i've been on a banded profile. Admittedly, it was because i had to keep re starting my router. But since i learned why, i haven't touched it at all. This was nearly 2 months ago when they put me on it. 
Since then, my broadband connects fine, and stays connected, untill i get between 4 days and 10-15 hours. Then i find out the next morning it's disconnected in the night. I could understand 2 or 3 times. But every single week? Why does it aways stay connected until the crucial point which coulld get me back to normal? This has been going on for WEEKS! And i'm getting fed up with it. It's starting to feel like it's doing it on purpose. At the moment, i feel like switching and leaving them with a bill!! Why is this happening? It can't be bad connection, because it's every 4 days, WITHOUT FAIL, then so many hours into it, it disconnects...whats going on????????
