Why are fonts not showing correctly in the latest update?

Our blog uses the leetpress theme. You an view a sample here:

But with the latest Firefox update, the fonts are changed to my default font setting, which is Times New Roman. I tried Chrome and it doesn't have problems.
I already checked for possible solutions for my problem.
Please don't give me an answer where I have to check the "Allow pages to use their own font" because it is checked since I started using Firefox. I'm not sure if it's because of the latest update. Hardware acceleration is also checked.

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.
Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

BSB-Fan, I think I might have found a solution to your problem. Simply follow the steps listed below.
Step One - Go to the homescreen and launch the Settings application.
Step Two - Go into the General section of the Settings app.
Step Three - Scroll down to the bottom of the General section of the Settings app. You should see a subsection that is labeled "Reset". Tap this.
Step Four - In the Reset subsection of the General section of the Settings app, you should see a button that says "Reset All Settings". Tap this, and then confirm that you would like to do this on the popup.
Step Five - After the phone has restarted, unlock the phone and return to the homescreen. Launch the Settings app again.
Step Six - In the Settings application, you should see a button that says "Notifications". Tap the Notifications button.
Step Seven - Once you're in the Notifications section of the Settings app, scroll down until you see a button with the Messages app icon and a lable that says "Messages." Tap it.
Step Eight - Make sure that the Show In Lockscreen is in the off position if you would not like your messages to show up on the lock screen, but only within Notification Center on the lockscreen. Make sure that the Notification settings for Messages are correct.
Now your Messages should show up in Notification Center on the lockscreen.

ITunes would not install correctly with the latest update on my computer and laptop and gave an error of some kind. Now the earlier version will not work when recovered and I have no iTunes at all on either computer. Help?

I tried to update iTunes with the latest release and it screwed everything up on my desktop (Windows 7) and on my laptop (Windows Vista) giving error messages related to runtime error, etc. Tried to recover previous version and it would not recover fully. Now have no itunes on either computer and it will not install properly or open after quasi installed. Help please

Firstly, make sure that your device is not hidden (left hand pane). If it just reads device then toggle between SHOW and HIDE.
Secondly, try all the other ports on your computer, even a number of times.
Thirdly, if you have another computer try plugging your device into it without taking any action, give it a moment, remove it and try it back in your other computer again.

I am replying to my post with the hopes that someone can please help me!
I am adding new episodes, but they don't show up on the main page. The most recent one to show up is from 10/29/07. I added a new episode today, but it doesn't appear on the main page (before you subscribe). Is there a limit to the # of podcasts that can appear on the main page? Has anyone else had this problem? All the relevant info is above.

If you have an iPad 1, the max iOS is 5.1.1. For newer iPads, the current iOS is 6.1.3. The Settings>General>Software Update only appears if you have iOS 5.0 or higher currently installed.

[SOLVED] Amarok not starting up after the latest update

Hi there,
as the title says, my Amarok isn't starting anymore since I did the latest update (from today to 2.4.1-3).
I see my bouncing logo animation on the cursor for a few seconds and after that it just disappears and nothing happens.
Did this happen to anyone else? Any hints what I can do now to fix this?

Are there any known issues with the latest update to iTunes on Windows 7 maxing out the processor and nearly bringing the system to a hault.

Has anyone experienced an issue with the latest update to iTunes (11.2.0.115) for Windows where iTunes pegs out the processor at 97%, 98%, and holds there for maybe 15 minutes before dropping to 50%. During that time, the system is basically useless. You just have to ride it out. I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium.

Why are faces not showing up in shared photo streams?

I have just published several shared photo streams to iCloud, but all the face tags I've made don't seem to be showing up in the streams themselves. Are they there for others to see and I just can't see them? Or do others need to download the photos from the stream into their own iPhotos to be able to see tagged faces?

Fonts not showing correctly in Muse designmode

Working with webfont Lato this shows sort of Times Itallic on design mode.
In preview mode and on the web it is showing correctly.
I saw multiple fonts exhibit this problem.
Anyone familiar with this and found a solution?

Sorry to hear you are running into this issue. Could you try the following workaround?
1. Close Muse
2. Rename the folders named tk1 and tk2 in the following locations
For Muse CC 2014.2
On Windows: %appdata%\com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2014.2\Local Store. You can type this in the Path bar at the top of the Windows Explorer window
On Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2014.2/Local Store. You can type this in the Go To Folder dialog (Shift+Command+G)
For Muse CC 2014.1
On Windows: %appdata%\com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2014.1\Local Store. You can type this in the Path bar at the top of the Windows Explorer window
On Mac: ~/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.AdobeMuseCC.2014.1/Local Store. You can type this in the Go To Folder dialog (Shift+Command+G)
For prior versions

Certain characters ie: - ' " and even some font styles, ie: italic don't show correctly in Safari, v. 2.04 (419.3) on some websites. I then try the same website in FireFox and everything displays correctly. Do I have fonts missing, not installed. I occasionally see this same problem in the Mail program.

Wrong display of punctuation is usually an encoding problem. Try changing View > Text Encoding to Latin-1 or UTF-8. Provide a url for more specific help.
Wrong display of italic is most likely a font problem. You need to be more specific about what it is being changed into for anyone to help.

Why is Font not showing up in idvd font menu?

hi everyone, I'm new, not really, but sorta. anyway, I'm using idvd 08 to create a dvd, I started with a magicidvd and then clicked create project and have done a lot of changes, some submenus, etc. The bggest issue I have now is that I really want to use a certain font, it is a truetype font, it is activated via Suitcase Fusion, but it does not appear in iDVD's font menu, it does however appear in the font menus of other apps. I have restarted and even created a whole new project to no avail. any ideas are appreciated.
A second less important question is this, how do I make it so that my "play" button on the main menu plays the movie instead of it going to the submenu containing "play" and "scene selection" ?

That is working correctly, then. You are telling it where to put the LABEL. Not the button. (So selecting "right" puts the label to the right of the button.)

Most likely it is the font. Some fonts have their baseline set VERY low, so something that is "Centered" horizontally actually looks way off to our eye.
