Why are images not included when I save my form as a pdf? They are displayed just fine in the online form.

When I include images in a form I create with FormsCentral they look great online, but when I use FC to export the file to PDF the images disappear leaving white space. All other form elements work just fine.

I've tried erasing and typing in the password. I've tried both checking and unchecking Automatically detect and maintain account settings. Still cannot send.
I also have a Gmail account and it is working...

email service uses an Incoming Server and an Outgoing Server. Mac Mail makes access to the Incoming Server(s) obvious, and hides the settings for the outgoing Server(s). A quick and easy way to get access to the Outgoing Servewr settings is to use:
Window > Connection Doctor ...
... then click on the red light for the Server that is not working for you to see its settings.

Why are some of my links not opening when I save a document as a pdf? They are opening in word.

The links are opening in microsoft word documents but when I save the document to a pdf some of the links are not opening. The links are containing % or lots of extra numbers. How can I prevent this from happening?

What is your operating system? Reader version? How do you convert to PDF?

Why do print margins change when I save or print as a pdf?

I am printing from a church software program. I need to save the report as a pdf so that it will print and fold on our new Xerox. However when I print to pdf, the margins change and the text boxes slightly move and no longer line up with the preprinted forms I need to use. Why does this happen? Is there any way to change the margins or columns, once in pdf?

I have recently updated my laptop from Windows Vista to Windows 7. I have just added three new playlists to my Ipod Shuffle, 3rd generation. On the panel in ITunes in view on the computer, all looks fine and music plays. However, after syncing a million times, when clicking to "hear" the playlists, the voice will call out all the old playlists just fine - except for the 3 new ones I've added; it calls them out as "playlist 3, playlist 8, or "purchased". All software for the ITunes has been updated as of the moment. Why would switching from Vista to Windows 7 cause this frustrating issue? All help appreciated.

If VoiceOver is disabled in iTunes, you hear an abbreviated menu of playlists in numbered order, but not by name (for example, “Playlist 1, Playlist 2,” and so on).
So you'll want to make sure VoiceOver is enabled to correct this.

Why are most of my keywords not included when I export images?
Since starting with Lightroom 1, I've entered keywords into either of the two fields between "keyword tags" and "keyword suggestions" in the keywording panel. I was unaware that some keywords are more equal than others, or that Lightroom offered (or has added?) hierarchy support.
I recently stumbled into the news (to me) that Lightroom tags can be organized into a hierarchy, so I exported my keywords to a text file to examine. I hadn't unwittingly created any hierarchies, but an astounding fraction of the keywords were within square brackets. Sure enough, if I export an image, keywords within square brackets are omitted from the output (jpeg) file. How nice. Since I began with Lightroom 1, I've added nearly 1600 keywords.. Too bad most of them are coded wrong... so as not to accompany output that I create.
1.     What was I supposed to do, as a photographer beginning to use Lightroom, to enter keywords simply but reliably: what I type is what I get? I'd expected that's what the "just type here" interface would provide.
I especially dislike obtaining erratic results: most keywords are in square brackets, but a few are not. Of course, when I use a simplified interface, I should expect not to have access to some of the options or features. However, I shouldn't inadvertently trigger undocumented behavior.
2.     Does the Adobe reference help system say how to enter keywords simply and reliably, in its documentation of the keywording panel? I don't find my answer under the Keywords topic, within Home / Using Photoshop Lightroom 3 / Organizing photos in the catalog.
(I NOW realize that the instructions for the "Create/Edit keyword tags" dialog mention exporting. However, that's not the method I was using.)

I'm afraid that I distracted you with my background mention of hierarcharial keywords; I'm not asking about them.
I've entered keywords for several years of using Lightroom. Suddenly, this week, I find that most (yet not all) of them have the attribute of "don't include the keyword in an exported file's metadata." I never intended to ask for that; I thought all keywords will stay with the file and its offspring, and that's what I wanted.
So I'm asking:
1.     What did I do "wrong" to induce Lightroom to give the keywords that attribute? I never intended to ask it to.
2.     Where does Adobe document how to enter keywords reliably so that they stay with the file on output? I can't find that Adobe does.

I did export the keywords into such a list: most keywords in the plain-text list have square brackets surrounding them, indicating keywords that will be omitted from metadata of any image that Lightroom exports.
My concern is not that the brackets are there. They encode the attribute of "don't include the keyword in an exported file's metadata," and recognizing that attribute concerns me.

No it doesn't.
If I go to that folder afterwards, it is all in alphabetical order.
If I am working in Quickbooks, Mail or QuarkXpress and go to a folder from those programs the folder is out of order and I waste a lot of time
searching through the folder looking for what I want. This never used to be a problem until the last couple of months.

Normal secured WiFi requires only a password to get access. The password is used to encrypt traffic between your device and the WiFi access point. If whatever you are using requires a username as well then it is not simply normal secured WiFi. You can set any song to Skip when shuffling.
In your iTunes Library, highlight the song and right-click/Get Info. On the Options tab is the Skip when shuffling box. Select that and then Sync the iPod with your Library.

Why does IBA not include the table of contents when exporting in PDF? I can seee the TOC in iBooks Author but when I want to see what it looks like in a regular PDF, the TOC does not show up.

Strange question you ask here. Not sure why that is relevant to "why" IBA won't publish a table of contents in a PDF.
But since eyou asked, it's simple, I want to author some books in IBA and also see what they look like - completed - in PDF. Again, any suggestions as to a work around so I don't have to cut and paste back into Pages?

Why is Brdge not included in Lightroom 4?

Lightroom needs a browser to work efficiently and Bridge should be a part of the program. If I open the Photoshop Bridge, it automatically opens Photoshop every few minutes and I have to take the time to watch it open and wait for it to close. The Photoshop Bridge should also ask before opening Photoshop. Is there any way to prevent Photoshop from opening automatically? ACB

These are very strange ideas that make me think you haven't worked with Lr at all.
I will answer your questions:
1) Lr creates the catalog, you don't have to do it. You import the images into Lr and Lr creates the catalog.
2) You don't have to put a link to the image. Lr creates the link.
3) You draw conclusions from the use of the word "catalog" that are not accurate for Lr.
4) If you do not move an image outside of Lr you can open it in Lr as often as you wish and it will stay in its directory. If you move the image outside of Lr the link is broken and you have to "repair' the link (find 'missing" photo). But that is similar in other photo editors: In CS5 if you click on an image in the list of <Open recent> but you have moved this file in your OS, CS5 will not be able to open the image. You then have to find it.
5) Lr warns you if an image has been moved or deleted by putting a question mark on the frame of the image (in Grid View) and displaying a message "file missing or off-line" in Loupe View and Develop Module.
6) It would be very bad if Lr deleted every file that has been moved outside of Lr. This is a safeguard when images are moved outside of Lr. You can delete these files (you say "delete the link") by <removing> the image file from Lr.
You are entitled to your opinion, and if you think Bridge is better for your workflow than Lr - that's absolutely fine.
But I think most of your critique is based on that you are not yet familiar enough with Lr.
I would suggest that you watch some of the excellent tutorials that are on Adobe's website to make yourself familiar with the basic working principles of Lr. See these links:

Make sure your devices are also connected to external power or the wifi will disconnect after a few seconds. If they are and they still won't back up, it may be caused by a corrupt existing backup that needs to be deleted, or by data on your device that is causing the backup to fail. To troubleshoot these, try deleting your last iCloud backup (if you have one) by turning off iCloud Backup in Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup, then tap Manage Storage, tap your device under Backups, then tap Delete Backup. Then go back and turn iCloud Backup back on and try backing up again.
If it still won't back up, you may have an app or something in your camera roll that is causing the backup to fail. To locate which one, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup>Manage Storage, tap the name of your device under Backups, under Backup Options tap Show All Apps, then turn them all to Off (including camera roll) and try backing up again. If the backup is successful, then the camera roll and/or one of your apps is causing the backup to fail and you'll have to located by process of elimination. Turn the camera roll On and try backing up again. If it succeeds, turn some of your apps to On and try backing up again. If it succeeds again, turn some more apps to On then try again; repeat this process until it fails. Eventually you'll be able to locate the problem app and exclude it from your backup.

it's meant to work like that
so if you receive a message on your iphone you also get it on your ipad or ipod touch
to avoid it use separate appleID for each device
or turn off imessage on 1 or both devices in their settings
but that will not fix the issue that 2 devices using the same appleID will never be able to facetime eachother
the appleID is a unique handle for 1 user only
