Why Are My EM Jobs Not Editable After They Execute?

hi experts,
I'm using 10g's Database Control tool to create some Export jobs - using the "Export to Export Files" wizard
When I create the job, it executes at the scheduled time. But then I cannot modify the schedule after that. When I attempt to edit the job, I get error
"Edit is not supported for *this job type*, only general information about the job can be updated No scheduled executions - this job can not be modified."
I want to be able to modify the schedule or change anything else I may need to change. What is different about this job type that makes it uneditable?

3.6.0 Editing Finished Jobs
When attempting to edit a job, a user might see this error message: "No scheduled executions - this job cannot be modified". This means that based on the job's schedule, Enterprise Manager has determined that there are no future job executions scheduled for this job. Hence editing the parameters of the job does not make sense and thus will be prevented. However, the access page of the job can always be modified by the job owner, even after the job finishes, in order to share job output with others.

I have for years posted movies (from my Canon camera) on MobileMe (or prior "dot Mac") and had them play back without issue. I assumed that you were using laptop-mode-tools. laptop-mode-tools autosuspends usb devices when the laptop is on battery power. Usually this would only suspend inactive devices but I have been experiencing a kernel bug that causes devices to be incorrectly suspended (exhibiting the same symptoms that you described).
Try adding usbcore.autosuspend=-1 to the kernel command line.

Why do my Reminders sometimes not alert after the set time? I've tried re-starting repeatedly. I've tried deleting older completed reminders (I only had 300). Is there a fix for this?

You problem sounded rather odd, so I tried to duplicate it in iTunes 11 and I couldn't.
I turned off copy to iTunes media folder when adding to library, then I moved a music track that was not in the iTunes media folder from folder A to folder B and right clicked on it and selected open with iTunes and it played fine. (I have to do it this way as iTunes is not my default player for MP3).
However the consequences of doing this are that you end up with two copies of the track in the library database, the original which can no longer be found as it is not in its original location and the new entry pointing to the correct location which plays OK.
So as far as I can tell, there must be something else going on as I can't dublicate your problem in iTunes 11

If you want an easy time with iTunes it really is easier to let iTunes manage your music in the iTunes media folder. Also it make life a lot easier if you want to move to a new disk or PC as iTunes can tolerate the iTunes media folder being moved as long as you tell it where it is.

I realised that my last experment was not a purchased track.
When I did it with a purchased track, iTunes recognises that it should be in the library database and brings the track up with an exclamation mark next to it. Strangely the track was added to the library with the correct loaction and would play on the secon try.
Odd behaviour, maybe it is something to do with the icloud storage system as iTunes knows you purchased the track.

They are free to People who have purchased ios devices after a cetain date(September 2013).
Those that have devices purchased before then have to pay.

What is the idea of a new control panel if you can not in fact get an overview or kind of dash board?
Settings includes PC+Cloud, i.e. Accounts let you do settings for the cloud, i.e. connect to your live account.
But why are basic webservices settings not included (i.e. OneDrive settings is in the system tray)?
Great consolidation is happening now between settings, control panel - i.e. getting rid of obfuscation, blur and complexity between legacy settings (control panel) and actual kind of settings. However do not recreate the problem by leaving the

Interesting issue, what about other configuration or settings? Do they work fine or keep reverting after a reboot? Have you tested this issue in another user account? What is the result?
Regarding to unable to save settigs for current user hive, I doubt whether there's an application you installed recently or an malware\virus changes the permission of registry entry or value of registry keys like
HKCU\Software\Classes which causes this issue.

Hmm... I don't understand. Nothing is reverting after a reboot, as well I'm
not unable to save settings in the current user's hive. The correspondent registry keys can be saved perfectly fine and they are
deleted, not reverted after a reboot. I pointed to the exact code that does it, the code is located in Microsoft DLL with all certificates and digital signatures intact. Permissions obviously don't matter, since svchost.exe is executed with the highest
integrity level and under the System user account, the keys in question inherit permissions, which allow System to do whatever it needs without restrictions
by default, you can't change it to allow more.
So can you explain how it can be some malware?
The issue is intermittent, I don't have a 100% repro, therefore “testing” under another user account is doubtful.

Why are my exported files not going to my email (receipts & business card)? I have used 3 different ones...2 yahoo and 1 hotmail. I have checked spam box also.

For the Receipts app I chose to export the info as a PDF file..an email was requested..I entered info and clicked send. For the Business Card app I chose Send, not Print..an email was requested..I entered info and clicked send. I haven't received anything, not even in my spam folder.

I had the same problem due to the Fire Wire port. Apple tested it told me it is OK!, I tried a new cable, and have tested both ports on my back up device. I find it strange that as soon as I installed Mavericks. The drive does work using USB. It could be a coincidence, I don't absolutely know at this point, my back up drive ports could stop working, but I doubt it!

For some prerecorded audio files the Transpose slider will not work reliably. I found no clear pattern, when it does and when not.
If all fails, create a loop from the audio file. Select the region in the track and use the command "File: Add region to Loop library".
Set the current key and tempo, name the loop, and save the loop.
Now add it from the loop browser to a new track and delete your old track. The search field in the Loop browser will help you to find the loop quickly.
You will be able to transpose the sample as described above, like a regular loop.

It may be in the process of making room. What version of OSX are you on? (That process can be excruciatingly slow on Leopard or Snow Leopard backups over a network; Lion has improved it greatly.)
A clue may be lurking in your logs. Use the widget in #A1 of Time Machine - Troubleshooting to display the backup messages from your logs. That should help you figure out what's going on. If in doubt, copy and post them here (but if the same ones repeat over and over, drop most of the duplicates).
If you can, connect via Ethernet; it will be 2-3 times faster.

Here are a few things that you check and can try.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again.
