Why are my iPhone photo stream photos from iPhone 5s not appearing on my iPad Air?
Been on hols. Took pics on phone. No wifi for iPad so expected them to be in photo stream when I eventually got wifi connection but nothing is appearing. I'm sure this shouldn't happen. Any help appreciated.

When do photos upload to My Photo Stream?
When you turn on My Photo Stream on your devices, all new photos you take or import to those devices will automatically push to your photo stream.
iOS devices: New photos that you take automatically upload to your photo stream when you leave the Camera app and connect to Wi-Fi. My Photo Stream doesn't push photos over cellular connections.

i have recently installed icloud on my pc & have activated photo stream on my iphone. only a portion of the photos from my phone are now available on my pc. Why haven't they all transferred over?
When you turn on photo stream on a device that is the source of photos, only the photos you take in the future will sync to the stream, not the photos currently in the camera roll.
When you turn on photo stream on a device or computer that will receive photos from other devices, only the photos that have been on the servers for the past 30 days will sync, all older photos have been deleted from the servers.
To sync camera roll photos that weren't part of photo stream, you need to sync them manually using itunes. -
Last night I deleted some photos from my Camera Roll (on iPhone 3GS) using cable connection to my PC. I then went to Photo Stream (the photos were, correctly, still in there) and put some of them in Albums in the Photos app. Some, but not all, have now re-appeared in Camera Roll - and, very unhelpfully, not in the order they were taken. I don't want these photos in Camera Roll but can vaguely accept and understand if the app HAS to copy the Photo Stream photos to Camera Roll if you put them in Albums and they are not in Camera Roll already but then why are there 2 photos (in different Albums) that this is not happening for?

I connected the iPhone to my PC with the USB sync cable (I usually sync by Wifi) and opened the iPhone as a Windows window. Went to the relevant DCIM folder for the Camera Roll and Deleted them there. I checked on the iPhone before and after sycning that they had been deleted from Camera Roll - and they had. I only have one Camera Roll album (no chance of another album being synced).
They remained deleted from my Camera Roll until I put the copies of the photos held in the Photo Stream album (which I purposely did not delete them from) into an album. They then appeared in my Camera Roll again. Now, if I delete them from Camera Roll again (either direct from iPhone Photo app or via USB cable) they still reappear in my Camera Roll if I put them in an album from Photo Stream. I can see it happen before my eyes as each one appears after I have selected the photos from Photo Stream, used Share to put them in an album and then go to Camera Roll - they pop up one at a time.
It would make sense to some extent except that there are two photos (in two separate albums to the ones that are reappearing) that have definitely been deleted from the Camera Roll, have been put in their respective albums from Photo Stream but are not reappearing in Camera Roll. And, as far as I know, I did exactly the same things with them. I don't want to have the photos back in my Camera Roll but I cannot find any explanation as to why one set is appearing back in Camera Roll and these two are not. -
If I delete my photo stream photos off of my iPhone will they also delete from my photo stream on my MacBook Pro? If so how can I ensure that those photos are saved?
They will not be deleted if they have been imported to your iPhoto library. To ensure this happens automatically, go to iPhoto>Preferences>iCloud and check Automatic Import:
To confirm that they have been imported to your library, click on iCloud on the left sidebar of iPhoto, open your My Photo Stream album on the right, then Control-Click on your pictures. If you see "Show in Library" in the pop-up, the picture has been imported to your library and you can safely delete it from photo stream. -
Is there a way to not have photo stream photos save to my iphone? i have many shared photo streams hoping to not bog down my iphone space. but alas the photos are are being saved on my iphone.

Open you photo stream photos in the thumbnail view, tap Edit, tap all the photos you want to delete, then tap Delete. This will delete them from your phone and from your photo stream and any other devices that are connected to your photo stream.

If I delete all the photos in My Photo Stream in my iPhone, will they be deleted from Dropbox and iCloud?
They will be deleted from iCloud any other devices that are sharing the account/photo stream. They shouldn't be deleted from Dropbox. As I understand it, Dropbox only automatically uploads photos, it doesn't automatically delete photos.

I just downloaded iCloud on my PC and noticed that fewer than half of my photo stream photos have transferred over to my PC. Why is this happening and how can I get the remaining photos? All of my devices are charged and have perfect internet signals. Thanks in advance for any tips and insights!
It's probably happing because photo stream photos only remain in iCloud for 30 days (even though your last 1000 photos will remain on your devices until deleted). When you enabled photo stream on your PC you would have only received photos from the last 30 days.
To transfer older photos to your computer, create a shared photo stream that contains them and invite yourself as a subscriber (see http://help.apple.com/icloud/#mmc0cd7e99). -

For the avoidance of doubt, are the photos actually in photo stream on your iPhone or just in your camera roll?
If they are in photo stream, then you might try turning photo stream off and on again on both devices, restarting both devices before enabling photo stream once again. -

They will be deleted from the PhotoStream folder in iPhoto, but if you have sync'd them then they will still be there in your Events or whatever new Folder you may have created for them. Also, deleting photos from PhotoStream does not delete those same photos from your Camera Roll, so either way, you will still have them.
Or, conversely, if you are asking if you would need to delete them from both PhotoStream and iPhoto (if they have aleady been sync'd), then yes, you would need to delete them from both places. PhotoStream is a separate entity from your actual photos that get sync'd.

I'm just confused, so if I delete a photo off my photo stream on my iPhone will it be deleted on my computer the next time I connect the two together? Or will it still be on my computer
If your computer is signed into your iCloud account with photo stream enabled, it will. Deleting a photo stream photo on any of your devices will delete it from photo stream an your other devices that are syncing with your iCloud account with photo stream enabled.
However if when you say "the next time I connect the two together" you are talking about connecting your phone to your computer with your usb cable, then no. When you connect your phone with your usb cable you are only importing camera roll photos, not photo stream photos. Thus, nothing you do with your photo stream photos will have any effect on this. -

I had a one on one with my apple rep yesterday. They backed up my camera roll from my iphone as well as my ipad on my computer as I was not able to backup to icloud due to lack of space.
They advised me to delete photos from my photo stream on my iphone and ipad and then do a back up.
I deleted the photos from photo stream on my iphone and ipad.
I was able to backup my iphone but NOT my ipad as it is saying that there is not enough room on icloud to do this back up.

No chapter fast forward for video playback in os7
Anyone else notice that you can't hit the fast forward button and jump to the next chapter in an iTunes video? I can go back to the menu and skip from there, but not while watching the video. Not a big glitch, but annoying. Why do the all the updates
