why are all my songs not on my itunes except for the last 25 i just downloaded from my phone?? it erased like 300 songs.. im not a very happy person cus i purchased half of those songs

Let me see if I understand correctly, you can access the Internet and email when on wifi, however when not on wifi, none of this works? Is this correct? If so, do you have a data plan with your carrier? Do you have cellular data turned on in Settings? When you look at your carrier in the upper left corner, do you see a signal, carrier name, and then 3G, 4G or LTE displayed? Have you contacted your carrier about this?

Why aren't songs i purchased appearing on itunes?

Awhile ago, I bought the songs 21 Guns and Know Your Enemy off of the album 21st Century Breakdown on iTunes. When I searched these, I bought the first copies on the list. These were off of 21st Century Breakdown (Deluxe Version). Later, I purchased the entire album but this time, I bought the "not deluxe" version. The problem is that the album is missing the two aforementioned songs. They only show up under the deluxe album. My question is how to regain those songs I purchased under the normal version of the album so that I can listen to them all in order.

Go to the Music part of your iTunes library, find those two songs in it, select/highlight those two songs and press control-I (which is the shortcut for 'get-info') on your keyboard - you should get a popup so that you can change the properties of those two songs e.g. so that you can change their album names to be the non-standard album name.

ITunes songs purchased, not on iTunes anymore?

Well after about an hour looking for an iTunes / apple support email I have given up... So about a month ago I purchased the album 'JPN'by Japanese artist group Perfume. I went onto iTunes today an they are nowhere to be found(on the market)the albums are currently still on my iTunes list. I was just wondering if this has happend with anybody else?or maybe it's just a blip but I just don't know. Thank you! -GEN96

HT201272 Why are my past audiobook purchases not showing up for download?

I click "Purchase" under "Quick Links" and click "Books". None of the audiobooks I have purchesed in the past are avaliable for download. How can I download the audiobooks that I have purchesed in the past?

Audiobooks are not currently available for repeat download. It should have been clear when you you made the purchase that you were entitled to one successful download of the product after which you were responsible for maintaining a backup of it. These limitations are imposed by the rights holders. You can contact iTunes Store Support and ask nicely to see if there is anything they can do, but they have no obligation to do so.

Why is every song I purchase not downloading completely

I have the most current version of iTunes. I have tried deleting the song and then redownloading it from the purchased section. I am frustrated!

There do seem to be a lot of these sorts of reports lately...
Occasionaly the source file is actually corrupt in the store so no amount of redownloading is going to sort that out.
You could try rebooting the computer, clearing your browser's cache, the iTunes store cache (under Edit > Preferences > Advanced) and the <iTunes Media folder>\Downloads folder before trying once last time. If that still doesn't work report the problem using the "Report a problem" links in your account history, letting them know what you have tried so far.

why are some songs in icloud not downloading to my computer. they are greyed out and say "waiting". some are from cd's that I loaded myself. should be easily matched in imatch. I do belong to imatch and these songs did download to my old computer. thanks

In advance preferences, you can tell iTunes how to organise your library. Tick keep iTunes organised and copy files to iTunes media folder.
If this I has already been done, you may need to add track numbers from get info.

Are they old songs that you may have purchased from a different store id years ago?
If your have old purchased songs that are drm protected and they are not associated with the store id that you are currently using then they will not be eligible.
I would burn to a disc and then rip back to your library.
Burn to the cd. Deletel the old files from your libary and delete the files don't keep them. Rip the cd back.
After you have tested the ripped songs back then empty your trash, or back up the old drm protected songs in a seperate folder.

Did you possibly do the update for new itunes software ? That may be the culprit.To get rid of the entry with cloud,go to Preferences.Go to Store.UNCHECK show itunes in cloud purchases.Click OK..This does not delete,merely hides.Good luck.

iTunes store used to sell its music that way several years ago, but then removed DRM protection as a standard format I think 2 years ago. How long ago did you make the purchase? I don't think they still use it on any audio now, but it is definitely used on video.

Since starting with Lightroom 1, I've entered keywords into either of the two fields between "keyword tags" and "keyword suggestions" in the keywording panel. I was unaware that some keywords are more equal than others, or that Lightroom offered (or has added?) hierarchy support.
I recently stumbled into the news (to me) that Lightroom tags can be organized into a hierarchy, so I exported my keywords to a text file to examine. I hadn't unwittingly created any hierarchies, but an astounding fraction of the keywords were within square brackets. Sure enough, if I export an image, keywords within square brackets are omitted from the output (jpeg) file. How nice. Since I began with Lightroom 1, I've added nearly 1600 keywords.. Too bad most of them are coded wrong... so as not to accompany output that I create.
1.     What was I supposed to do, as a photographer beginning to use Lightroom, to enter keywords simply but reliably: what I type is what I get? I'd expected that's what the "just type here" interface would provide.
I especially dislike obtaining erratic results: most keywords are in square brackets, but a few are not. Of course, when I use a simplified interface, I should expect not to have access to some of the options or features. However, I shouldn't inadvertently trigger undocumented behavior.
2.     Does the Adobe reference help system say how to enter keywords simply and reliably, in its documentation of the keywording panel? I don't find my answer under the Keywords topic, within Home / Using Photoshop Lightroom 3 / Organizing photos in the catalog.
(I NOW realize that the instructions for the "Create/Edit keyword tags" dialog mention exporting. However, that's not the method I was using.)

I'm afraid that I distracted you with my background mention of hierarcharial keywords; I'm not asking about them.
I've entered keywords for several years of using Lightroom. Suddenly, this week, I find that most (yet not all) of them have the attribute of "don't include the keyword in an exported file's metadata." I never intended to ask for that; I thought all keywords will stay with the file and its offspring, and that's what I wanted.
So I'm asking:
1.     What did I do "wrong" to induce Lightroom to give the keywords that attribute? I never intended to ask it to.
2.     Where does Adobe document how to enter keywords reliably so that they stay with the file on output? I can't find that Adobe does.

I did export the keywords into such a list: most keywords in the plain-text list have square brackets surrounding them, indicating keywords that will be omitted from metadata of any image that Lightroom exports.
My concern is not that the brackets are there. They encode the attribute of "don't include the keyword in an exported file's metadata," and recognizing that attribute concerns me.
