Mozilla drives out its CEO because he contributed $1000 to support a particular law in 2008 . Then it claims it values diversity. We all know that censors like Mozilla have NO place on the Internet --so PLEASE BOYCOTT MOZILLA --please fight for what little freedom we still have to hold differing views.

I'm trying to find out approximate usage figures for Safari 1.0. I have a CSS bug on my website that occurs in Safari 1.0 which is apparently fixed in 1.2. Mac users are important, but not that common, on my site and I'm wondering what proportion of Safari users are still using 1.0.

It would probably be the same as the proportion of people still using Mac OS X 10.2.x, give or take due to alternative browser usage. If you could pull up statistics on Mac OS X's install base, that might give you some idea. Sorry, I know it's not very helpful.

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to create a forum website in SharePoint.
Per my knowledge, SharePoint 2013 has several social features, such as Community Sites provide forums for knowledge sharing and discussion, Newsfeed shows items from other users in reverse chronological order and SharePoint’s search feature has also been
improved to take advantage of the new social capabilities.
As for the question of whether to use Yammer or SharePoint 2013 social features, here is how I answer this question for my own customers:
If your company restricts the use of any cloud-based platform or technologies, use SharePoint 2013 social features.
If your company does not restrict the use of the cloud, use Yammer.

View with renamed column does not use index

Is there any reason why a view that renames the columns presented to the users would ignore an index?
For example:

When a user queries the view, with a WHERE FIRST_NAME = 'TOM", it results in a FTS. However, if you run the query against the base table (using col1, col2, and col3), it uses the index against t1 on (col3, col2, col1).

Well, I tried to create the supporting evidence afterwards (sigh, why do I keep doing that ...), it seems that Oracle has addressed this problem already:

My Mobile Me account ends soon and Apple is telling me to switch to iCloud. I have an iPad2 and 64 gig iTouch that I dont see any issues with but I have not updated my Mac to Lion. Will everything work?

I have an iPad2 and an iTouch (64G) devices as well as a Mac running snow leopard. I dont want to update to Lion because I will not be able to use my quicken software (I am aware of quicken essentials for mac) I am receiving emails that I am running out of time for my Mobile Me account and I am being encouraged to switch to iCloud. My question is if I switch to iCloud on my devices will I still be able to sync with my computer?

No. You will need to upgrade to Lion to sync with your computer. You can use the web version of icloud but it is clunky and doesn't work as well.

Yes. If you do it through the settings on the iPod and have an older iPod, make sure the iPod is charging either via a computer or wall charger. It can takes hours to erase an older iPod.

Why are people so crazy about XML publisher?

Why are people so crazy about XML publisher? Maybe there are things I am not aware of, but with the exception of adding the ability to export to Excel from EBS, or having a template for a letter in which a few things will change from copy to copy, I don't see a huge advantage to using it.
Reports is such a powerful tool and creates so much flexibility in creating graphical documents. Things that are so easy to do in reports, from my experience, is extremely difficult to impossible in XML publisher. In publisher, you have to do a lot of logic yourself that reports would do for you just by saying Yes or No to a property.
When I first learned about XML publisher, I was really excited about learning to use it. But when I saw how difficult it is to do simple tasks, and how much you have to reinvent the wheel, I became really disappointed. There are lots of examples on the web about how to do this or how to do that with it, but honestly they seem to show you how to go to a lot of trouble to accomplish something that is easy in reports.
People seem to want to avoid bitmapped reports like the plague, but I think they are extremely underrated.
What do you guys think? Am I missing something? I would like to hear other opinions and perspectives.

Thanks for the reply. I did think that could be the case but then other books would also show up as apps on phone but not counted as an app. Maybe book apps downloaded from the app store work in this way whereas books bought from the ibooks app show in ibooks and not as apps.
I guess that would make sense, it must be because they are books but downloaded from the app store rather than the book store so they are visible as an app but don't actually get counted as an app.
Would you think that's the case too?

Go to this link and you will see that WRT54G/GS models from version 1 to version 5 are diferent if you look at the amount of RAM and Flash they contain.
More RAM and Flash is better of course.

Make a backup of your old iPAd to itunes or iCloud.
Then restore from that backup when setting up the new iPad Air.
The restore will put your data onto the new iPad. (The Os will remain at 7).
Folder structure is a little iffy. Since backups don't restore Apps, only data, you would still need to re-download the Apps to the new Air and as such would need to create the folders for them.

I am having the same problem. Did turning off iCloud work? Did you just turn everything off or did you actually delete the account off your iPod?
