Why are RMAs always rendered behind any other Annotation (e. g. Watermark) on the page?

I cannot seem to get an RMA be played in front of another Annotation on the page, even if the RMA is added after the other Annotation (and the indirect object reference of the RMA goes after the other one in the /Annots array of the page dictionary). As an example, if there is a watermark on the page, it is rendered on top of (that is, overlaying) the activated RMA which is not what I want. Is there a way to force RMAs to be rendered in front of other annotations?

Inactive RMAs are treated as page content, so any regular annotations (or layers such as watermarks) will naturally go over them. You can put inactive RMAs into OCGs and stack them among other stuff on the page, as you're only seeing the poster image.
Active RMAs always bubble to the top of the display stack, with one exception - a watermark can still appear above an active RMA provided the watermark has the scaling option turned on.

Why are films not available in these other languages ? Unless I am mistaken, iTunes Switzerland is far from Swiss and does not encourage its people to watch films in the local languages of its country (at least French and Italian would be good too...). Can anyone help ? Do I have to move to Geneva to watch a non French film in French or Lugano to watch a non Italian film in Italian or simply buy a DVD to get round it?

I have 4 latest Macs All have iDVD. The question was not where to get iDVD.

I appreciate your input but it realy does not answer the question. iDVD will soon not be able to work with newer versions of Macs as it has been left behind by Apple!

Imovie cannot do this. More importantly imovie cannot save the project to Video_TS folders like iDVD did.

It supports stereo headsets/speakers, handsfree telephone devices, some keyboards, some apps from the app store, and internet tethering if provided by the carrier.
Other than these, it will not connect to another phone or computer.

the reports in apex are shown when the page called by default,
i want that the report will show only when i press any button to show it not when the page requested.

Position the button ("Go", for example) in a region that always appear by default.
Your report should be in a different region, but conditionally renders only when button Go is pressed (aka, request triggered by the button is activated)... or only when some parameter is not blank, whatever the condition you want to create.

Every piece of software has a learning curve, and its own terminology. After Effects is a complex professional tool, used by home enthusiasts right through to feature film makers.
There's plenty of very user friendly video editing software that will do the tasks you've mentioned easily. Might I suggest Adobe Premiere Elements.
For the record, you can't apply an effect to anything in After Effects until you have selected a target layer in the timeline. This functionality is true of any video editing or compositing software I can think of,

Thanks for the reply. The project I am working on is a test project for a customer. They could potentially want a number of their educational subjects presented as an interactive text book. The intent of this first project with them is to establish a logical workflow that will allow us to efficiently estimate costs and allow for review throughout the design process. Having worked with customers on creative projects in the past I can anticipate that they will want a number of changes made once they see a working version of the interactive text book.
It is a grim reality that no project can be fully edited and planned prior to working on it and I know revisions and changes are always made once the customer can see their product. It is ok with me if there is no easy way to pass the text back and forth from the customer and me without having to reformat everything but I just want to know that is the way it works in order to provide a realistic time estimate for the project.
My hope was I would be able to export the formatted text, allow them to make edits and then reimport that formatted text. The style sheets I am using are from one of the iBooks Author templates.
Do you know if there is a way to use (or export ) this style sheet so it can be used in a Pages Document?
Or, would the best option be to have the customer install iBooks Author? This would require the customer to have a mac and the software so it doesn't work for all cases.
Another idea I was considering would be to export the book as a PDF and have the customer add markup and notes to the PDF.
All of these options do not seem too great to me.
I am open to any ideas.

No. You need a computer with iTunes and an internet connection.

You haven't provided much information, such as what type of router you have? If you entered the encryption key as the password as opposed to the router name you have selected? If you have WEP or WPA? How do I move 'Clear history' back to Tools? Menu editor can't seem to do it. Why are you always making arbitrary GUI changes?

I want to move the "Clear (Private Data)" menu item back to the tools menu. Menu Editor's dev didn't anticipate this so my usual option for shuffling menu commands around won't work.

Semi-unrelated rant:
Every time there's a new version of FF I dread installing it because you always make these arbitrary changes. Hiding menus, moving tabs, moving the home button, merging the stop/refresh button, hiding the taskbar, making everything except the domain name in the URL bar too dim to read, defaulting to that silly half-assed speed dial thing as a default home page, merging the title and tab bars, adding jerky acceleration to mouse scrolling, removing the ability to set a time limit for history/cache expiration, treating flash objects the same as cookies, disabling the awesome dialog asking to save your tabs if you close with more than one open, hiding granular javascript/DOM permissions(these now require individual about:config edits.) This is just an off-the-top-of-my-head list of the "upgrades" that I have had to fix over the past couple of years. I was a Netscape user most of my life, and have been a Firefox user ever since. One big reason I still use FF is the fantastic customization; I've been able to fix all of these things to my liking but in any other browser you simply wouldn't be able to change any of them.
But come on, seriously, stop it. If I wanted to use Chrome I would go install Chrome.
