Why are there duplicates to all my apps in the top left corner of my iPad?
I can only move the apps in the top left and they can go anywhere, even on other apps. It is only on the first page of apps.
See if this makes them return to normal.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

Every time I scroll, there's a clicking sound coming from the top left corner of my macbook
Similar to the clicking sound of my hard drive, every time I scroll, or whenever there is any sort of animation on my screen, there's a similar clicking sound coming from the top left corner on my , around the area where the microphone is. I know the hard drive is at the bottom right corner, so is this a graphics card issue or am I overlooking the issue?
It is better to take the MBP to the Apple store for evaluation.
They have the diagnostic tools to make sure that there is no problem with the computer. -

On the top left hand corner of my iPad it reads, "no service" could you tell me why that is there? Have I touched something in my settings?
Maybe your location. I've seen that message about a million times (well, not actually a million times, but maybe 100 times) on my IP. Moving to another location cures the problem everytime.

Is it possible that you or someone copied them to that folder or an automated progress making a backup to that folder. Normally if you upload the photos then will be stored in your iPhoto library folder.

How do I download tv shows on iPod? Ios7. They are there. A little cloud icon in the bottom right corner. But unlike an iPad, there is no option (cloud with a downward facing arrow) to download.
If they have 'open' next to them then that implies that they are already on your iPad - if you tap on the 'open' button does that open the app ? If it does then they are on your iPad. You've checked all your homescreens and tried a soft-reset to see if they show after the iPad has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Hey Scott! Like I said, I thought I had done some damage -- even though the drop was just a couple of inches that was my very first thought, but when it came and went with which app I was in (or not) I knew it wasn't a damaged SCREEN. So I wondered if it was a different damaged part, memory or some such.
When I saw that others had the exact same shape, I could only imagine that perhaps the phone was indicating it was running a diagnostic, had been forcefully dropped, had a faulty/damaged accelerometer or some other purposeful object. It clearly wasn't random, it was a definite shape.
Hey Paul! I'm hoping they've seen the issue and tried replacing a few parts or something... Ya never know. As a (mostly) retired guy I have the time!
I also mentioned in a kind of oblique way that I had enabled the Kanji keyboard. I should also mention that I have the field strength test enabled so that I am able to see the -db numbers instead of the antenna bars. That's right in the same area, so it could be related.... maybe... or not. The screen was unlocked when this happened and I'm guessing I pushed a whole lotta buttons and/or icons as I was grabbing at it... I wonder if it is possibly an easter egg of some sort -- just the right combo of touches. Then again, it bounced right on THAT corner... LOL
That's the only stuff I've ever done to the phone. It's never been jailbroken or anything like that. It has taken a few falls in its lifetime but none resulting in any obvious damage.
It's a 32GB iPhone 3Gs and it is now 2 years old (bought June 27, 2009.) I'm just happy that it seems to be OK. While Apple's stock may be the largest market cap in the US, my portfolio sure isn't. -
I just had my iMac sent away for repair as it kept heating up to the point where you could not touch the top left corner of the machine. It really only heats up when i open iPhoto and it is generating thumbnails for all the events. (Some reason it has lost all the thumbnails).
The Mac came back yesterday and they replaced the fans and cleaned out the machine and it has passed all heating tests.As user Seventy one recommended above, the "iStatPro" Free software is very useful in determining just how hot your internal hardware components are getting. You could post some of the temp readings from it here so we can comment on them.

I've edited my NEF photos in lightroom and have tried to export to a formatted CD. When I try, I have several issues. I either see in the top left corner that the files are ready to go to CD but there is no further instruction or I get the pop up message that the files are offline or missing??
Just for background, in what format are you exporting your images? Also, are you able to export them to your hard drive in your chosen format? I haven't tried exporting directly to CD, but if you're able to export to hard drive and copy to CD, that may be one solution.

My iPhone 5 have the glass popping sound when I press on the top left corner of my phone but I don't know why, I don't see any visibility of the glass coming out. My friends all told me to not exchange because after all the software is perfectly fine.
My phone just turned 2 months old. But in Singapore as long your phone is under one year warranty I can still go for an exchange at the respective telco, but my friends all suggest me to not change now cause after changing it'll be a refurbished set instead of a brand new one.

The Apple logo in the top left corner was purple... why?
This is just a weird anomaly that I'd like to figure out. On March 7, I noticed the Apple logo in the top left corner of my screen had turned purple. Once it happened, I wasn't entirely certain it wasn't always like that, like maybe the black background I had was tinted purple, but wasn't noticeable elsewhere. (Plus, none of my friends that work for Apple had anything to say about it.)
Tonight, after working on my computer for a few hours, I looked up and the Apple logo was back to dark grey, so I know something weird was amiss.
I'm using the same exact background on all of my "desktops," and have been for months... did anyone else experience this? I can find nothing on it, but it seems really odd. The rest of the colors have been consistent, so it's not a display issue... and if it was, the screen shots wouldn't look different.
Obviously not important, but strange.
I have a MacBook (Late 2008 Aluminum) 2.4gHz and use an external display.Weird, the same is happening to me on an 8 core mac pro. We changed the graphics card to a Nvidia a little while ago so I tought this might have to do with it but it did it before if I remember correctly. I also have a macbook pro and it doesn't happen on the macbook pro. We are only macs at the studio and I am the only one that this is happening. I know it is know the speakers close to the screen nor the screens themselves, cause I tried a bunch of different screens. I remembered trying out Istatsmenu a little while back and the color scheme of that app was purple. Maybe that has something to do with it... but the other day the apple logo was greenish/gray. It doesn't do anything, system is running fine, it's just weird... anybody has an answer?

1. Close all inactive apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.
2. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple Logo. -
I am logged into facebook on my iphone...I am on a friends status and I am not being able to back out of his status because the "notification" header that should be in the top left corner to back me out of his status is not there. Anyone ever experience this before? I have tried soft reset, shaking the phone and syncing again with my computer.
Facebook is a webpage but also have several Apps when you ask facebook questions stateing how you access facebook would be beneficial for people IN order to HELP you

My netflix app dosent have an X in the top left corner to close it what do i do?
Im trying to watch netflix on my iphone 5s and its not letting me open it! It dosent open and then crash, it straight up wont open. I tried to delete it and uninstall it but theres no X in the top left corner of the app and i went to the app store to try to open it from there and it wont work there either! I called netflix and they dont know what to do :(

It's not a link, its an icon that indicates the photo cannot be found in the location where PSE expects it. This happens because you either renamed, moved or deleted the photos outside of PSE. To fix the problem, use File->Reconnect (you will have to find the actual file in one of your folders), and in the future, no more moving, renaming or deleting photos outside of PSE; if you MUST rename or move photos, do so from within PSE.
