Why are we locked to use Walkman, when it bleep as it is now?

Hi,
Is it really that hard to add good functionality to the Walkman app? We are forced to use it but we don't get the functionality we need! It would be so simple to set which folder to scan!
I really would like to use it, if i could set it not to scan and play my ringtones, my WhatsApp voice messages and other sounds as music.
Yeah yeah, i know some of you will start thinking of the .nomedia file solution...
IT DOES NOT WORK!
It works fine for removing unwanted files from the Walkman, but it also locks me from using these files as ringtones. As soon as i put the .nomedia file in the ringtone folder i can see that the phone say unknown ringtone and plays something default if someone calls me. So i've been told to use a file manager to pick an set these files as ringtone...
When selecting a ringtone i get to choose which application i would like to use, i go for Astro, i pick the file i want and the phone goes back to settings and says unknown ringtone.
And one other thing..
I also have the headset SBH50, which is a very good headset and connects fine with the phone i have (Xperia Z2). But after connectiong it to the phone i can see that it has one app that can use it, Walkman.
Can you change this and set it to use another music player?

Can't help with the app itself but as for your headset only working with the app is wrong, Open smart connect then tap on the headset in the list then Throw to this device - Now everything will go through the headset

I find Badi to transaction me21n at saving PO. Badi ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST does not exist.
so i am using Badi me_purchdoc_posted~posted.
This Badi ( me_purchdoc_posted~posted ) is properly working But showing message "system error ( error in method po_post ) "
when I am click on OK then automatic leave from transaction.

As you can see, the original post, almost a year old already, received no replies. That is undoubtedly due to the total lack of details and the cryptic nature of the message.
I cannot imagine what this is all about. What presets? Where do you see this icon? In the application itself or when looking at the preset folder in your OS navigator (Apple's Finder, Win Explorer)? What does it look like, a padlock or a circle with a diagonal through it?
Please provide both a screen shot of the issue and some sensible information. We don't even know what your platform is Mac or windows.

First back up the registry
Go to Start > Run --> type in regedit and hit OK.
Navigate to the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\LocalSettings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\TrayNotify.
Delete the values IconStreams and PastIconsStream.
Open up the Task Manager, go to the Processes tab, select explorer.exe and click End
Process.
Open the Applications tab and click New Task at the bottom-right of the window.
In the message box that pops up type in explorer.exe and hit OK.
Explorer.exe will reload, and the missing icons should now be back in the system-tray

If you do nextLine, the "A" and the newline are consumed.

Can you start a new document and then load one of the duotones known to be good in the working file and have it correct? If so, try one of the duotones known to be bad in the working document in the new file. Does it work?
If no to either suggestion, can you share one of the images known to be good and one known to be bad? ZIP 'em up and upload to dropbox and plop a link here. Or, to keep the file sizes down, you can quickly make a new set and provide those.
As well, the ID version and OS info would probably be helpful.

Why are there always 180 Free Apps when I choose "See All"?

Surely new apps are added daily. Why are there never more than 180? Are there more, but I just don't know how to find them? I feel like I'm missing something here. (BTW - The same question applies to Paid Apps.)

Well, no one really seems to have the answer to the essential question:
"Are there only 180 apps in a category and is it going to stay that way? If there are more, where the heck are they?"

Here are a few things that you check and can try.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes - a song or podcast .... if you have a download in there that did not finish, complete that one first. Only one thing can download at a time on the iPad so that could be what is causing the problem.
If that doesn't work - sign out of your account, restart the iPad and then sign in again.
Settings>Store>Apple ID. Tap your ID and sign out. Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Go back to Settings>Store>Sign in and then try to update again. Tap one waiting icon only if necessary to start the download stream.
You can also try deleting the waiting icons - tap and hold down on an icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again.
You can try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your app preferences and device settings again.

Why are my analog singals always noisy when I use NI hardware

I have an LVDT that outputs a 0-10VDC signal. When I use an agilent to monitor the signal it looks very clean. When I use any of my NI daq boards the signal is all over the place. What am I doing wrong? Am I scanning to fast? I am currently trying to use the lvdt signal to control a servo valve. My control is all over the place since the input signal is all over.

There is a lot that can happen that can give you noise in your system. Ground loops, the way you connect your device to NI stuff (RSE, Differential etc...), shilding on your cables, the environment that your in, filtering. The list could go on and on. It has taken days sometimes to chase down a noise issue that I see. I have been able to achieve very clean signals using NI equipment. I have used most every system that they offer. Some are better than other but it all comes down to how well you put your system together and your understanding of the causes of noise.
If you can not get the noise to go away and you would like to use NI equipment then I would suggest that you use a digital LVDT. They work great and noise is much less of an issue than with and analog device. Also make sure that you are connecting your device differentially on the break out board. If you can I would isolate my signal to minimize the niose that you will see during use. Always connect the sensor shield to ground (but only on ne side of the device). Check your sample rates. What sample rate are you using with the agilent vs the NI system. If you are sampling faster with the NI system I would expect to see more niose.
That is about all we can do with the information that we have.
