I installed Lightroom Mobile on my IPAD. I want to work them on vacation but I can't get my cloud pictures on my IPAD. Why?

You should have imported all pics taken with your iphone to your computer regularly as with any digital camera.
Did you fail to do this?
You would need to import them if you can.

ITunes 11.0.1 no longer shows my TV Shows that are in the cloud

After upgrading to iTunes 11.0.1, it seems my TV Shows that are in the cloud, but not downloaded locally no longer show up in my library. I verified that Show TV Shows in the cloud is selected and if I goto the iTunes Store and look under purchased they are there. Also, if I delete an episode of the TV show and send it to the trash, it no longer shows that it's available in the cloud, it just gets removed from my library.

I experienced the same issue. I am familiar with it from previous versions of iTunes and located the correct "Show iTunes Purchases in the Cloud" checkbox on your screen capture. Wasn't on mine. I decided to reinstall iTunes 11.0.1 and, as you can see from my screen grab, it is there now. Problem solved.

After installing ITunes 11.1, I can no longer access my purchased TV shows that are in the Cloud. I have opened Preferences, went to store to see if the box is checked for displaying items that are in the cloud and this is in order. Still can't access these shows.

How can I copy and paste a caption for several pictures that are all the same?

I'm trying to understand the process of importing, labeling and organizing pictures I'm importing from my iPhone into iPhoto 11.
So far I am importing only pictures that relate to one another; ie taken at the same event. I have 18 pictures from one hike. I'd like to label each of those pictures the same; ie "hike at Bear Creak 2/15." Can I copy and paste the same label to all 18 pictures? How would I copy and paste?
There are lots of You Tube videos on the subject of iPhoto and that's how I learn best. If you know of a really basic one to watch I'd appreciate it.
I think I have to take a class at the Apple Store on this basic organizing because it's really escaped me in the 9 months I've had this Mac (switched from PC.)

select all 18 photos at once in iPhoto on your Mac and then use the menu entry "Photos > Batch Change"
That will change the titles or descriptions of all photos at once.

How do I get to my music I transferred from CD's that are in the cloud

I recently purchased and IPod touch. During set up I selected to have backup in the cloud. I had a lot of music that was downloaded off of CD's onto my IPod Classic but are not showing up on my IPod touch. The only music available on my IPod touch is music I purchased through the ITunes Store. I really want to be able to have access to the songs I downloaded from CD's, as well.

You can't access music not purchased from the iTunes store (such as from your CDs) unless you subscribe to iTunes Match (see http://www.apple.com/itunes/itunes-match/). If you subscribe to iTunes Match from iTunes on your computer, your entire iTunes library (up to 25,000 songs not purchased from the iTuens store, plus your iTunes store purchases) will be accessible from iCloud. Also, your iPod Classic isn't an iOS device so it can't access or interact with iCloud in any way.

When I use Tab Groups, can I have some tabs that are always open together with a group, and just switching the groups that are besides the "always showing" tabs?

I like to have some tabs always open, like for example the facebook page, while others I need only occasionally, like Ebay / Work / Fun (which I could put into Tab Groups). So I was wondering if it is possible to have the following configuration:
Always open Tabs (e.g. Facebook, Myspace) and then next to that ONE of the Tab Groups (e.g. Group Ebay Stuff and Group Work Stuff and Group Fun Stuff)
or alternatively have TWO Tab Groups open at the same time, like Group A and Group B, and then switch to Group A and Group C, then Group A and Group D, then Group A and Gourp B again.

Hmm, well you can right click a tab you want always open and click "Pin as App Tab". I personally don't have much experience with Tab Groups, I'm just learning how to use them.

Photo stream photos only remain in iCloud for 30 days. If you enable photo stream on your iPod you should be able to access those photos but older photo stream photos are no longer in iCloud.
Camera roll photos are included in your backup. If they were on your iPod when you last backed up, restoring the backup should recover them.

The contacts that I had on my iPhone (that are in the cloud) have all deleted from my iPad how do I get them back?

MY CONTACTS ARE GONE on iMessage when I type in a name it will give me the contact, but if I go to my contact list there are none...help a sista out!

Why do graphics and colors that appear on the monitor show up as blank spaces when printed out

Graphics (especially color) on emails and attachments show up as BLANK spaces when printed out.
Also, some color graphics and detail work of those graphics on familiar websites do not show up on my monitor
Both of these situations DO NOT occur on Explorer. With that browser - everything is OK

it may have worked, but gimping my system isn't exactly a solution, more of a band-aid.

What do you mean "it may have worked" – did it or did it not?
Anyway it is not a remedy but diagnostics and if it makes a difference it points at the GPU driver as a likely culprit.

HT4910 I have 5 apple devices that are using the cloud. Do i need to have ALL of the devices backing up to the cloud since they are all on the same USER LOGIN or do i just need to buy more space?

You should sync all of them, if you want them all to share the same information.
Syncing is not the same as backing up. I suggest you continue to back up your mobile devices to your computer, unless you have a good reason to do otherwise.

You won't be able to view or send pictures from there however. Backups are stored in iCloud but all you can do with them is restore them to a device. Photostream pictures can be thought of as going through iCloud but you can't see them at iCloud -- just from another device. More Photostream info at http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4486

In my collection I have 500 pictures. In the folder that contains those pictures I have 1000. How do I get the ACTUAL folder to ONLY have the 500 that are in the collection?

In other words, I want to delete (from my computer) the 500 pictures that are in the folder that are NOT in the collection .....?

Anything you want to do with these photos can be done from the folder, as if the collection didn't exist (which it shouldn't in this case).

The digitization of data has introduced a complexity to our interactions with it that we continue to struggle with. "Picture" and "Photo" now mean different things in different contexts. In this case (and in general) defining our terms clearly is the first step towards understanding what we are trying to do. Understanding is the path that allows us to do it.

You record a set of instantaneous data with a camera.
That data is processed by your camera and saved to a file.
The file format is usually either RAW or JPG.
You transfer those files to your computer, and you import them into the program Aperture (often in one operation).
From each camera-file imported, Aperture creates a record in its database (called, imho unhelpfully, a Library) and an Image that you see in the Aperture Browser and Viewer.
Aperture links the Image and the imported file.
The imported file is called, within Aperture, an Original.
Every Image has an Original.
The Image is not the Original. The Image is what you see in Aperture.
The Original is a file that is stored on your computer.
You can make changes to an Image.
Aperture calls these changes Adjustments.
Adjustments are saved to another file attached to the record in the database. Let's call this file the Changes File.
Aperture uses these two files attached to the record in the database to create the Image.
Image = Original + Changes File.
The Image is not a file.
Because the Image is not a file, it cannot be shared with other programs. It exists only inside of Aperture.
In order to share an Image with another program, you must first create a file of the Image.
You do this by exporting Images ("File ▹ Export ▹ Version" is the command in Aperture; should be, imho, "File ▹ Export ▹ Image").
You may ask, "Why all the complexity? Why doesn't Aperture save Images as files?" The answer is simple: Images can require less — and in many cases very very much less — storage space than files of Images. Rather than save a full-size file for every Image, Aperture saves only instructions on how to make that full-size file. The gain in storage efficiency is huge. The trade-off is that although your Images are always available to be made into share-able files, you must create those files when needed (which you do by exporting selected Images).

No, there is not. Images exist only in Aperture, and are not accessible for use in other programs. You must create, for each Image in your Aperture Library, a new file outside of your Aperture Library in order to use it with another program.
Aperture does allow you to create and save within your Library share-able files of your Images. These files are called Previews. You specify the file parameters in Aperture Preferences on the Previews tab. These files are available to other programs via the OS X Media Browser. These files are what you get when you drag selected Images out of the Aperture program and drop them on another program or on your desktop (which is part of the Finder).
