+ sign is to indicate the diskgroup you intended to place datafile. this apply to all database files.
without + sign,will be place in ORACLE_HOME/dbs directory. there will be NO error.
see example here: without using +
SQL> create tablespace test45 datafile 'temdg' size 10m;
Tablespace created.
SQL> select name from v$datafile;
NAME
/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/dbs/temdg
7 rows selected.
second example: with using + sign to specify diskgroup
SQL> create tablespace test55 datafile '+temdg' size 10m;
Tablespace created.
SQL> select name from v$datafile;
NAME
/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/dbs/temdg
+TEMDG/orcl/datafile/test55.261.844200359
8 rows selected.

If Adobe Reader or Acrobat is installed, there should be a setting in its preferences such as Display PDF in Browser. I don't use those applications myself, so I can't be more precise. Deselect that setting, if it's selected. Otherwise do as follows.
Triple-click anywhere in the line of text below on this page to select it, the copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C:
/Library/Internet Plug-ins
In the Finder, select
Go ▹ Go to Folder
from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-G. Paste into the text box that opens (command-V), then press return.
From the folder that opens, move to the Trash any items that have "Adobe" or “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then quit and relaunch Safari, and test.
The "Silverlight" web plugin distributed by Microsoft can also interfere with PDF display in Safari, so you may need to remove it as well, if it's present. The same goes for a plugin called "iGetter," and perhaps others — I don't have a complete list.
If you still have the issue, repeat with this line:
~/Library/Internet Plug-ins
If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again. -

I am planning to use Labview 2010 in a short time.
But before I'm going to use it I have some questions.
I know it is possible to run Labview 2010 in an XP environment. But is it also possible to, when running Labview 2010 on a XP system, to build a project to a version that is useful in a Windows 7 environment?
Or do I have to run Labview 2010, when I want to build a project that is useful on a Windows 7 system, on a system with Windows 7?
Please give me some information.

someone please help.Believe it or not File Sharing is there but in a slightly different location. But I was definitely confused and had trouble finding it when I looked because of the way iTunes has windows within windows.
Start iTunes 11 and connect your iPad.
Select your iPad. I choose to "View Sidebar" so my iTunes looks more familiar. So I select my iPad in the Sidebar.
I the main window I select Apps. And scroll down.
There are multiple sub windows within the main window. The first sub wind is Apps. If you scroll in the Apps window that's all you will see, your apps.
Move your cursor outside of the App window and the main window will scroll. Below the Apps sub window is another subwidow called File Sharing. That's where you'll find the familiar file sharing area.

Issues with Dunning: what happens after level 3 of 3 ?

We have set up 3 dunning levels. That works fine as I could test this because we had some invoices that have moved from 1 to 2 and to 3. The letters for level 3 has been printed and the GP data has been updated. The level 3 is shown and the history shows it as well. Looks like perfect.
However, now the problem starts. These invoices are still unpaid. What happened to them regarding dunning? If I run the dunning wizard again, all formerly level 3 invoices are not in there anymore.
How do I handle this to not forget these open invoices?

FranzDunning will only help you on the AR aging process. Nothing can replace other processes to collect the payments. As the scenario you are given, you have to keep your original process. Any open invoice during the dunning period should be handled by manual process or wait until another.

What happened to File Save & Save as ?
I'm new to LR & so far my workflow has stalled.
Edits I just want to be able to rename & save .......Export is a minefield. I get file names with Edit - Edit suffixes in LR that are not what I am after. I just want to be able to crop, straighten & minor edit plus add copyright text in .jpgs & save them with a new name. I retain the image No. and add a prefix & suffix for my file names - LR only seems to be able to add a prefix to the image No. (with unwanted dash) and only a sequential No. suffix.
Am I alone on this ? Conceptually LR is good but not sure that it has earned the 'professional' tag just yet.

Yes, of course Overwrite means Overwrite or in other word Replace the existing file. Why would Lightroom's Export Dialog give you these choices? (rhetorical question).
Well, you can indeed choose Unique names and Lightroom will create a new file, leaving the original unaltered; and that is what you should do. Try choosing Unique Names and use the Custom Name from the File Naming drop-down. Use the same file name but with mixed upper and lowercase. What do you get then? You get the same Window asking you to "Use Unique Names" or "Replace". Perfect from Lightroom, because Windows is not case sensitive.
(You probably know that Windows is not case sensitive as regards filenames or file extension, so Test1.jpg is the same as TEST1.JPG and TesT1.JpG etc etc. Totally unlike Unix/Linux type systems where each such file is unique. But Unix/Linux system do not use the extension to determine what program opens a particular file type, it uses contents of the file instead to decide that.)
Furthermore, you should always export to a different folder, call it what you like, for example LRExports.
(A postscript: Do not ever get confrontational with others in this Forum who volunteer to help and provide answers. Keep it professional and detached. We can all get through various gamuts of emotion, but always use the CourtesyProfile.icM. That profile is freely available and works with all contributors. It basically maps all red colours to a reasonable level.) -
Why is iTunes taking so long to add files?
I am having a couple of problems with my iTunes on my new MacBook Pro. When I add items to the folder 'Automatically add to iTunes', they take a long time to appear in my library, this is happening for everything including movies, TV shows, and music.
Also, when I add items to my library, either from the folder mentioned above, or by inserting a CD and ripping it into iTunes, it sometimes says 'Unknown Album' and no artist (or the wrong artist). Even if it has correctly identified the tracks before they were imported.
If I press ⌘ + I to edit the info, all of the correct information is there, but it just won't show it in my library.
If it makes any differece, my MacBook Pro was purchased about 3 days before Mountain Lion came out, so it shipped with Lion and then I updated to Mountain Lion. I also have iTunes Match enabled.

I have Mountain Lion, a new MacBook Pro with Retina, and iTunes Match turned on. I have a feeling iTunes is trying to match/upload the songs first. I've just added 10 songs, iTunes said they were copied over but they don't show up in my library but I can see the cloud icon "working".
EDIT: That's not the reason, the songs finally showed up but they are still waiting to be matched.
