Why call me when i am 9 days late on my monthly payment
i dont understand why vwerizon calls me 4 times a day when i am a couple of days late on my monthly bill considering i am paid a month in advance to start with have been a customer for almost 10 years and have maintained my account not thousands behind . then have the rep get nasty with me on the phone when i tell her i will make payment in morning . now my real question verizon didnt have a problem taking my money in advance for 6 months when i had a phone that did not work properly that i purchased from them they directed me to the manufacturer due to programing problems that to my knowledge still havent been fixed if you know the phones are problems why sell them and make someonepay for a service or servises that are not working properly. for 200.00 dollars a month i would think you people would try harder to satisfy your customers even the ones that pay late considering you charge late fees on advance billing you are trying to push me to at&t

You signed a contract to pay your bill by a certain date and now you are not keeping up with your side of the agreement!!!

My on-line membership to iTunes/Netflix was terminated when one of them was unable to collect my monthly payment for December 2013. The expiration date on my credit card had changed. I didn't know I had to notify them of that change. I've never had to notify any business, ever, since I've had a credit card. Thank you for the question. Once you update your payment information in iTunes for the expiration date change you should be able to renew the subscription to Netflix. The steps in the first article walk you through updating your payment information. Once this is done see the section labeled Managing auto-renewing subscriptions on a computer in the second article below.

Missing records of all calls in detailed usage for 11 days straight, from 4 months ago!!
I can see all detailed usage on both phones on my account, except there is absolutely no record of any calls, in or out on my phone from 10/29/12 - 11/10/12. It is very strange. My billing cycle ends on the 10th. I viewed and downloaded details from the billing period before and the billing period after, and can view and download spreadsheets of all of the calls for those periods. When I view or download the call details for the billing period 10/11/12 - 11/10/12 all the calls only go up to 10/28/12 no matter which way I view it, even on the bill copy. I never noticed before, but now I need the call records for legal reasons and that is why I noticed it now.

When I remove all website data under settings>safari>advanced>website data (remove all), the websites reappear when i check a day later. How do I stop this?

Yes i understand the purpose however i still feel as though i should be able to decide for myself if i want to use them as an "option" or turn them off entirely. It's sort of akin to the "trash bin" that's not really trash, though in that instance at least microsoft and Apple listened to consumers (eventally) and allowed users to make the choice. Hey there's a thought how about Apple points the delete to the trash bin and looses the annoying popup, that way we can restore cookies? Sorry, i'm being sarcastic but in my view, if i delete a cookie or a cached web icon it's not exactly the same thing as "saving us" from deleting a spreadsheet or system files. Oh but wait in that instance i CAN delete them without having to endure the annoying "are you sure" pop up. it looks like someone missed the bus on this one. Thanks again I'll check the web for the terminal command and try and edit the tag myself. -
Recently some of my contacts are no longer displaying in my contact list, but I know they're in memory because when one of them calls me my phone recognizes the caller. This happened a few days ago, so i must have changed some setting,but I have no idea which one. Can anyone help?

I'm trying to place a phone call and when I do the 3G icon goes away and the phone just says connecting but never does. I have almost full service and only have had my new iPhone 5 for two days. Can anyone help because I can't call Sprint at the moment???

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Apple Store Genius makes all decisions regarding implementation of Warranty Coverage. Maybe you have AppleCare coverage and don't even know. If the Genius decides to cover under Warranty then it was worth taking to Apple. If Genius decides no Warranty, then replacement iPhone 4 is $149.

why is it when i update my status on facebook from iphone it splits the updates into two differents boxes with some funky symbols at the beginning.. I have uninstall facebook and installed it over and it still does it. only the facebook IPHONE app where it says to update staus text to FBOOK i have already update my phone too.

Why do i have to wait 90 days to download music I bought with another apple ID?
My iphone 5 is now linked to a 'business' Apple ID. I would like to change that to a personal apple Id that i used to purchase many songs. I did change the apple ID but when I turned on 'automatic downloads' for music, a message appeared saying: 'This device is already associated with an apple ID. If you turn on auto-downloads, you cannot download past purchases with a different apple ID for 90 days'.
Why do i have to wait 90 days to use music i bought with another apple ID? Is there another way to do this so that I don't have to wait 90 days?

Why does my iMac just quit and it won't turn back on. Sometimes I can start it a few days later.
It was working just fine and then it just quit. I tried turning it back on but it wouldn't work. Then like 3 days later, I tried turning it on and it came on and worked ok and just quit again. Again, I tried turning it back on and again, it wouldn't come on. I tried again a few days later and it came on. What the heck is wrong with this computer? It had a program called deep freeze on it when I first obtained it. That program would not allow me to make any changes or save anything. A friend gave me a disk and I installed it and it took that program away. It was working fine and then as I said, just quit. I got the computer from an auction from a community college and deep freeze was the program they used to make sure the students using the computers couldn't change anything. When ever the computer got turned off, it would default back to factory settings. When it first turned off and wouldn't start again, I tried taking out one of the two memory sticks and it worked. I then went and bought two new memory sticks and installed them and it worked ok. Then it started doing the same thing again.Hi codyfromchurchill falls,
