I can no longer import artwork.

been away for time, Thanx for the response.
I did know the 'procedure' (>get info> artwork> select the file).
By 'Own artwork', I mean a JPG that I make when there's nothing on net available.
But since I moved the library to a NAS, I didn't work anymore.
Even for some itunes Store artwork. (One did, others don't)
It's a slow NAS-storage, 100/10mbs. When I moved the library back to my HDD, I does work.
Guess the problem is in the network storage or speed from it.
I'm planning a bigger NAS in the future (La Cie Bigger T) on giga ethernet.
(Library is getting too big and can use a raid for protection)
But if things mentioned above seems to be any issue, I'll like to check things before a purchace.

My photos are syncing from my iPhone to the iCloud PhotoStream and to our iPad, but they are no longer syncing to our home computer (Microsoft operating system, not Apple). Why would this happen and how can I get it resolved? I have since tried to remove and reinstall the iCloud application in my computer's control panel. I was also having an issue with my calendar where it would sync from my computer to my iPhone but not vice versa. Somehow in all the resetting that's resolved, but the photo issue is not. Again - photos are going into the photostream, but not wirelessly being put into the file on my computer.
To change the iCloud ID on your device you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.

? Why does my Photoshop PS2 open on my Mac Book Pro OS 10.6.8 Intel Core 2 Processor but not on my just purchased Mac Book Pro OS 10.7.3? On my new machine I get a message saying "You can't open Photoshop CS2 because Power PC applications are no longer supported". I don't have a Power PC on either machine and this App does run on the older machine with an Intel processor. benrusy
This is not new. The fact that Mac OS no longer supports PowerPC applications starting with OS X Lion has been known for over a year now. You'll need to upgrade to the latest version of Photoshop

I can no longer watch Netflix on fire fox. I keep getting a message that Ineed the latest version of firefox. I have down loaded the lates version. I also have internet explorer and I can watch netflix on it. Why is fire fox telling me I need the latest version of flash drive when I have it?

Why can I no longer, after having downloaded Lion, write accents and other diacriticals when in the Google, Yahoo, FaceBook, or even here in this post? The new method for getting at the "option" symbols works fine in other places like spotlight, but now even the older "option+letter" doesn't work in most places.
Chrome doesn't support the new accent/diacritics/macron chooser. I'm not sure about other browsers such as Firefox. You can use the old Option+letter combination that Doug suggested. Hopefully updates will solve these little incompatibilities shortly.

Why can I no longer install iTunes updates on my computer? I keep getting messages saying it fails, and to do it manually, but then I get popups questioning whether I have the authority to make these changes. And it never updates.
Make sure you are running as the Administrator of the Account.

My apple tv main menu no longer displays the "movies" section, just internet, computers, and settings. Does anyone know why or how to get it to show again? Recently rented a movie directly through apple tv but can't see the "movies" section in main menu now. WiFi and home sharing are working.

Check the location setting for the iTunes Store is correct.
You might also try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router.

I've just purchased an iPod Video and imported all my CD's but cannot get the artwork for many of the albums. The list includes The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, T.Rex and many others.
Can someone tell me why, please? I've enabled 'Automatically download missing artwork' option in Options, but that hasn't helped.

PeteThe "Automatically Download Missing Artwork" option only works when items are first added to your iTunes library (or the first time it's run). Try manually selecting one of the songs on the album and then using the RightClick->Get Album Artwork option.
I have the same album, ripped from CD, in my library, and I was able to get the album art for it.
If you want to make sure that a song/album will be able to grab the correct album art, you should try clicking the arrow button next to the song in your library (if you don't have the arrows, you can turn them on checking the "Show links to the iTunes Store" box under general preferences.) Clicking the arrow will automatically start a search of the iTunes Store using the song name, album, and artist. If you click on that link and the iTunes Store automatically finds the proper song in the proper album, then it should get the proper album art. If it doesn't pull up the proper album (and the album is on the iTunes Store), you might need to edit the song/album/artist name to make sure they are exactly the same as on the iTunes Store. -
As of today, I can no longer or Excel. I get this message: You can’t open the application “Microsoft Excel” because PowerPC applications are no longer supported. Is there a fix for this and why ha this all of the sudden happened. I've rebooted twice and that hasn't worked.
The application may be corrupt. Un-install and re-install Office.

Only Office for Mac 2008 and 2011 will run on Mavericks. Microsoft support for the former package ended in April 2013. If you do not want to spend the money, you might download and try the donation-ware (free) LibreOffice Suite. No ribbon bar crap. Supports about any document created on Windows.

Hello - can anyone tell me why my iPad (4th Gen) screen will no longer rotate. I don't have a screen lock symbol next to the battery icon. I have the rotate icon on my desktop but still can't get the screen to rotate.
Double-click the Home button and swipe Task Bar to the right. Check the Rotation Lock on the far left of Task Bar.

A website I frequently visit will no longer come up. Safaris says that my connection has been lost but it hasn't. I even get emails from the website but I still can't get on it. Why would it all of a sudden do this?
The reason, I included the annotation that I'd upgraded my Itunes, (On my Computer) is B/C in many forums - the very first question, *HELPERS* ask, is. "Do you have the latest version of Itunes downloaded on your computer." I wanted to knock out any obvious replies.
Now- "DO YOU have any idea,"... how your UNHELPFUL remarks, do absolutely nothing but hurt others that might not have the EXPERIENCE you have? How do you expect people to know things without asking questions? Whew! RUDE!!

I just bought a second hand iPhone 5, but the sim tray seems to be for a sim sized ~14x8mm, thinner but longer than a nano SIM (~12x9mm). Can anyone explain why, and how to get a SIM to fit?
