Why can I not buy a $9.99 album with $10.06 credit on my account?

I have $10.06 available on my account. I want to buy an album (I've tried several) but couldn't buy any in the $10 region due to "insufficient credit".
If I buy anything else, like a single song or app - the purchase goes through.

That would do it.
In the SA store its already included.

Is this the film Outlander ? If it is then it's rated 15 here in the UK - do you have an age rating set in the Parental tab in iTunes > Preferences (command-comma) that is protecting the buy button ?

O.K. Everything seems to be in order now!
I don't know what happened but this is the results....
After attempting to edit change the information on my iTunesMS account at least 7 times, I posted the above question, logged out of iTunes, closed down all my apps and turned off my computer.
A few hours later, I thought I would give it one more try and when I turned on iTunes, went to the Music Store and then 'reviewed' my account... it had my old American address on it with the country listed as Sweden... I just left it alone, as it didn't have my credit card info listed at all... Curiously, I'm clueless about that (though I did send this same complaint to Apple during the first posting... did that have anything to do with it?) When I clicked the continue button (without changing any info) it prompted me that I was finished setting up my iTunes Music Store account and I was immediately able to download some songs....(using the iTunes Music card--- I have not tried my MasterCard!)
So basically, I did nothing except close iTunes, turn off my computer and later rebooted it and opened iTunes! Strange... does that seem like a fix or what?

Is it not your Apple ID? Is this a used Mac? If so, the Mac, OS X and the iLife apps are all registered to the original owner of the Mac.
When someone sells a Mac they should erase the Mac and reinstall the most recent version of OS X that came with the Mac. And they should call Apple Care and have the Mac, the OS and the iLife apps disassociated from their Apple ID. Can you call the original owner and request that?

Hi there, I've been having problems with my account.
Firstly, I cancelled my subscription last August 2013.
Because I cancelled the subscription it reverted to a free subscription and I'm not able to use Ps, I can use Bridge and Lr.
I'd to restart my subscription or buy a new one but I'm not able to do it. Why?
If I go to tne Creative Clound site, log in, go to "my account" and then "plan information" and finally to "Inactive" there is no option for me to follow in order to renew or buy a new one.
If I go directly to the subscription plans page and select ANY of the plans available it then tells me that I don't have a product registered when I have all of the adobe products I've ever had in my adobe account's "My Products".
Also the payment information I had aren't there anymore, I presume because of the subscription cancellation?
I've contacted @CreativeCare yesterday and after a long wait I decided to cancel my whole adobe account since they couldn't tell me how to fix it or fix it for me or what steps I needed to take to solve this problem; I was told it would take 10 days. I'm in the process of preparing my photography studies for assessment and I need my software available for it and I cannot wait this long.
Can someone help me, please!
FYI; I received a letter from Adobe telling me to change my password as I might have had my details stolen when the hack happend; could this be related?

Why can't I share a photo stream album with all of my contacts?

I have been able to share one photo stream album with my sister who has an iPhone. When I try to share another album with both a friend who has an iPhone and another sister who does not have an iPhone, their names are greyed out in my contact list. Looking over my contact list for sharing photo stream albums, half of my contacts are normal, and the other half are greyed out. Any suggestions on how I can remedy this nd share with everyone in my contact list?

Because not all songs are licensed (by the label) to be used as a ringtone.

I am trying to buy German music in the iTunes store, but it will not let me. Need a German credit card, which seems ridiculous to me since I can buy almost anything else online. I live in the US, and have address in Germany.

Content is licensed by the rights-holders to Apple to sell on a country-by-country basis, each country therefore has to have its own store, and you have to be in a country (and have a billing address in that country on your account) to use its store - rights-holders want control over where their content is available.
You can try requesting that the music be added to the US store, but unless the rights-holders agree to it then Apple won't be able to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

You set up email accounts on the iPad in Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Add Account. You have a choice of some of the most popular email providers in the setup list or you can select Other at the bottom.
Tap on the provider that is applicable and begin the setup on the iPad.
