Why can I NOT name a Reminder List the exact same thing as a Calendar?

Remember the good old days when ToDo Lists where automatically related to a specific calendar? I want that back. Why can I not name a Reminder List and a Calendar with identical titles? Why do I have to create a calendar named "Blue Project" and then create a Reminder List and name it "Blue Project 2" or some other iteration? This is totally asinine.

Precisely. How is "loss of functionality" progress or an upgrade? Why should I have to install an extension just to get a "reload" button? What a pile of crap. Why not have a "Use shit interface" tickbox in the Options dialogue so people can choose if they want their version of Firefox to have pants functionality?

I tried to update and it keeps telling me to get the Application Manager. And this is what happens

Please try updating Acrobat to 11.0.7 and check.

Thanks but this IS a carrier problem, hence the "not available on your carrier". Sony directs you to verizon when you want to know why it doesn't work.... So verizon, why doesn't it work?

I've run namebench to find faster DNS servers, but I can't add any DNS addresses to the DNS panel in Network Preferences. Running Yosemite on a iMac. I'm connected wifi to my Extreme. Thanks

Are the System Preferences unlocked? You need admin access to edit these settings, click the lock if it is closed to block the preferences with the admin username & password.
Is the DNS entry grey? That means it is provided by the router in a 'DHCP option'. You should still be able to specify others, click the 'Advanced' button, select the DNS tab & click + to add an entry.

Why can I not upgrade my account with the promo that appears when I click on the upgrade link?

If the link in my email says "upgrade now" and I click on it, and it takes me to a page that says I can get an annual subscription for $29.99 per month (monthly), why then can I not upgrade to that promo? Why can I not find my long list of bookmarks?

What happened to my long list of book marks that I had, and when I click bookmarks tab it just gives me other exploring things to do and none of them are my fu__ing bookmarks. Please excuse the language. Im very frustrated that when you got something good going and you take it away with no explanation of why you want me to make several clicks when it used to just take one?

Why can you not insert Objects in List in natural order?

This is a more theoretically question:
I need a dynamic structure to sample informations in a natural order ( by implementing the Comparable-Interface). Set and Map offers natural order but I can't use them (Set-elements are unique and I don't want to implement a <key><value> relationsship for Map).
Are there others solutions than to add the elements in a List in natural order hand made?

Here's a Collection implementation that ensures all elements are allways ordered.
It can be improved for speed, and maybe functionality, but the important thing is that it doesn't break the Collection interface and it's simple.
Have a look and maybe base your implementation on this one.

Why can I not get v30 to have the same layout as v26?

In v26.0 of Firefox, I configured my menu bar ("File", "Edit", etc) to contain the following after the menu items:
- back button
- forward button
- reload/stop button
- home button
- progress indicator
- site rating indicator
- address bar
- tab-list drop down
This kept Firefox nicely uncluttered. After upgrading to v30.0:
- the address bar has to be below the tabs (ie it cannot be moved to the menu bar)
- there are no forward/back buttons (they appear to be part of the address bar)
- there does not appear to be a reload/stop button
- there does not appear to be a progress indicator
- there does not appear to be a site rating indicator
This is shit. How the fuck can this be called progress???

Why can I not watch a video all the way thru without it stopping and starting, & freezing?

I like to go to abc or cbs pbs etc. and watch their videos but they do
not run all the way thru. They stop and start and stop and start and

If there are problems with updating then best is to download the full version and uninstall the currently installed version.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.

HT204406 Why can i not download some albums from the Cloud but others work

I was trying to download some albums to my IPod when I cam across a few albums within my cloud which say content not available for download?
Can someone please help with this issue. After I put my entire collection in the cloud I have packed all my CD's away and i really do not want to have to go through all the boxes to find the albums that fail.
This download also fails on my PC.

Left click does nothing with hot links. Right click only allows me to open the page in a new tab or window.

Why can I not submit a question to the feedback page? I selected the sad face and entered my details but the submit betton remained greyed out.

In the previous version of Firefox when I quit I was always asked if I want to save tabs and if I said yes my tabs were saved for next time. The new version works the other way asking if I want to restore y last session, which is fine except: I received an update request from SKYPE while Firefox was closed. There was a link to find out more about the new version which automatically opened Firefox with just one tab; the info on the update. None of my previous tabs were available. Some of them have been open for months and there were at least 10 or 15 open tabs.When I closed Firefox of course Firefox saved the latest tab and asked me if I wanted to restore previous session. Of course I want to restore my previous session but not the single tab with the SKYPE update info. Is there any way to go back to my previous, previous session? I can't even remember what the tabs were, at least not all of them so what is one to do now?

When an external application opens Firefox with a single tab, don't close Firefox before hitting '''Restore Previous Session''' in the History menu.

I am trying to buy German music in the iTunes store, but it will not let me. Need a German credit card, which seems ridiculous to me since I can buy almost anything else online. I live in the US, and have address in Germany.

Content is licensed by the rights-holders to Apple to sell on a country-by-country basis, each country therefore has to have its own store, and you have to be in a country (and have a billing address in that country on your account) to use its store - rights-holders want control over where their content is available.
