Why can I not open my e-mails on hotmail using firefox?
I cant open my hotmail e-mails in firefox. This has been happening for about 3 days now.
Settings>>>mail, contacts etc.>>email account >>> turn mail off

In the new interface on Firefox (which started for me today ... May 2 ...), I cannot open a new tab via the "+" sign along the top or by using Ctrl + T. If I want more than one thing open at the same time, I need to open a "New Window", which doesn't make much sense. Well then, as I wrote in the headline... Why can I not open PDF-files?
I get a notification that says that either the file is already open (which it's not) or it is missing a plug-in thingy for this kind of file.
So, how do I know which plug-in thing I should chose from Adobe which will solve my problem?
Could it be enough just to update the program? I tried with 6.0.6. upgrade but it wouldn't even open up. I'm not so good at this type of computerproblems (choosing upgrades, plug-in etc.). The program is not upgraded for a long time, unless it do it automatically, but I think we've chosen it not to....
Please help!

PDF files are extremely reliable. You may have a software issue. I have the problem on 2 identical systems with the exact same specs. The problem occurs at the same exact interval. It may be a windows update. We have had to re-install software form the DVD in each instance. This fixes it for awhile and then it recoccurs. Adobe acts as if they have never heard of the problem...imagine that. I'm the only one with th problem.
This is happens with CS6 volume lic product.
If you dont own Adobe product it will be even more difficult to find and answer as the reader is used my so many people.
We know we have the problem again when we double click opn a PDF and nothing happens. SOme have reported that reloading does not fix the problem.
Wish I could help you. I am looking for answers to this issue right now and phone support is a 30 minute wait.

Why can I not open a stated InDesign CS8.1 document when mine says it is InDesign CC version 9.1? I have creative cloud.
The version error messages are really screwed up and out of sync with the new naming (CC) system. CS8.1 would be CC2014 version 10.1
