Why can I not send a photo by e-mail?

I can not send a photo by e-mail.  I have tried every thing.  What else can I do?

Well ....... good. And those watching over your shoulder can easily tell just what's going on. The rest of us have to work at a disadvantage.
So, try this:
a.  Say exactly what you are tying to do (we know that .... send photos in email)
b.  Say exactly how you are trying to do it
c.  Describe what you expect to happen or to see when you do it that way
d.  Describe, completely, what happens instead, including any error messages
e.  Give a complete summary of what you've read, what resources you've accessed, and what troubleshooting steps you have already tried.
If you'd done that to start with you'd already have answers targeted to your specific problem. The more of it you do the better others can see what's going on and what the problems and solutions might be.
