Why can I not upload an assembled photo book to Apple?

I have created a photo book which has 76 pages. I am able to assemble the book and preview and save it as a pdf, but when I try and buy the book through Apple, my computer hangs when it gets to the Upload stage. I have tried clearing the cache and using different proxy servers, all to no avail. This is extremely frustrating as I have a deadline to get the book printed by. I can get no help from Apple as the call centre is not open on Sundays in Asia, and when I call the US number, it drops my call after promising to connect me to an apple expert!
Any ideas anyone?

You can pretty much point to the same risks at stake for Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, or what-have-you. No one else requires you to use a primary account other than their own.
The predicament you mentioned could easily be resolved by requiring multiple contact numbers and addresses, which Apple kind of does already.

I can upload the cideos from this camera to windows movie maker, but when I try to upload it to premiere all I get is an audio file

1. What version of Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements do you have and on what computer operating system are they running? For now I will assume versions 12 on Windows 7 or 8 64 bit. But those are important details to start with.
2. You say that your video is from a Panasonic Lumix camera...which model and what are your camera settings?
We should be about to know what your source media are from that although a properties readout from programs such as MediaInfo or gspot would be useful.

But to expedite matters, let us see what we can do from just knowing the brand/model/camera settings. Please include the file extension of this problem file?

I have been trying to upload the music I have been listening too for many years. I have studed apples since 1987, it was the first computer I learned, I do not feel this is fair, that apple is not allowing music lovers to upoload yhere own music, I would really like some feedback on this and as to why I can not upload my own music

Creat PDF, attach 2 e-mail & send via hotmail/firefox. Get message " Files with errors will not be uploaded" a view option reveald "This file couldn't be added because it appears 2B empty (0 bytes)." Same happens when I re-send previously successfully pdf e-mails. Same attachment will upload and be successfully sent and received if I use entourage or safari. My problem seems to be only using hotmail/Firefox. What has changed stopping what I have successfully done on many previous occasions?

If you are using Safari then you can't as Safari doesn't support the uploading of content, but there are a number of Facebook apps which you should be able to use to upload photos e.g. the 'official' Facebook app

Why can I not print a decent photo?

I used to have a iMac G4 and canon printer and the quality of photo printing was suspect so I upgraded my printer to a Canon iP6700D. There was no improvement however when I hooked my printer up to my work Laptop running Windows XP the pictures printed out sharply, just like a photo store. I have just upgraded to a new iMac G5 but back to the old grainy photos. I have tried almost every combination on the print wizard ie Quality & Media "Printing a Top Quality Photo" etc.
Has anyone any advice as to why I can not print great photos?

Can you give us some info on the types of files, their pixel dimensions and the procedure within iPhoto that you're following to print?
TIP: For insurance against the iPhoto database corruption that many users have experienced I recommend making a backup copy of the Library6.iPhoto (iPhoto.Library for iPhoto 5 and earlier) database file and keep it current. If problems crop up where iPhoto suddenly can't see any photos or thinks there are no photos in the library, replacing the working Library6.iPhoto file with the backup will often get the library back. By keeping it current I mean backup after each import and/or any serious editing or work on books, slideshows, calendars, cards, etc. That insures that if a problem pops up and you do need to replace the database file, you'll retain all those efforts. It doesn't take long to make the backup and it's good insurance.
I've created an Automator workflow application (requires Tiger or later), iPhoto dB File Backup, that will copy the selected Library6.iPhoto file from your iPhoto Library folder to the Pictures folder, replacing any previous version of it. It's compatible with iPhoto 6 and 7 libraries and Tiger and Leopard. iPhoto does not have to be closed to run the application, just idle. You can download it at Toad's Cellar. Be sure to read the Read Me pdf file.≤br>
Note: There now an Automator backup application for iPhoto 5 that will work with Tiger or Leopard.

Why can I not upload attachments?

Hi! I wonder if anybody could help me out.
I used to be able to upload a file, for example, to my yahoo or google emails or create photo albums with websites. I dont seem to be able to do it anymore, it just wouldnt allow me to attach anything and the whole screen freezes and I have to force quite firefox.
Have i changed the settings somehow? how can i sort it out?

“Can’t be read” means the destination specified at the right in the Import panel is not somewhere LR can copy them to. Check to make sure the destination is where you intend it to be, and then using operating-system utilities, make sure the destination is writeable by your user in non-Administrator mode.

Why can you not upload a pdf file to the cloud?

Other online storage services allow PDF files to be uploaded; but not iCloud. Why not?

I'm pretty much tearing my hair out with this one, I don't know what to do - I simply cannot upload any photos from iPhone 4 to Macbook Pro.
This problem appeared out of the blue. I am trying to upload to iPhoto - not working. I have clearing the cache - not working. Tried the Dropbox app - not working and the option has now disappeared altogether. Tried Image Capture - not working. I went and had my iPhone replaced altogether - still not working. I thought it might be a problem with my iPhone or a problem with the back-ups or sometthing so I plugged in my boyfriend's to scope it out - still not working. I have restarted all devices many times. I have read through posts and posts about this and cannot find an answer.
iPhoto says: unreadable files - unrecognized format - not true!!
Image Capture just says there is an error importing.
Any help would be much appreciated - it's driving me mad!

Why Can I not upload my podcast? error on line 36:?

I keep trying to upload my podcast on itunes but it is not letting me. I have tried to use my sites RSS feed and it keeps giving me this error:
error parsing feed: invalid XML: error on line 36: The processing instructing target matching “[xX] [mM] [IL]” is not allowed
I am using a wordpress site, I have only one podcast uploaded on the site thus far. Any help anyone can offer would be appreciated.

Line 34 - the closing 'channel' tag should not be there, it should appear only at the end of the feed (where it does)
Line 35 - the 'rss' closing tag should not be there, again it appears only at the top of the feed.
Lines 36-47 should not be there, they belong only at the top of the feed, where they show correctly
Lines 49-64 shouldn't be there either, in effect they duplicate what is already above in the feed.
I've no idea how you've managed to get it into this state; it's competely unviable. It looks as if you've got the code of a feed with no episodes, followed by the code of a feed with them. Wordpress ought to be able to construct the feed properly; you will have to go into it to sort this out and I'm afraid I can't advise on specifics of how to do this. To be brutally honest you would probably be best off scrapping the whole thing and starting again from scratch, but the feed may be OK from line 36 onwards so if you can find away to delete 1-25 you might be OK.
(You can ignore the 'rawvoice' error flagged by Feedvalidator.)

HT3887 why oh why can I not transfer my own photos from my own iPhone to my own macbook pro via bluetooth? This is so antiquated!

I have an iphone that I use to take pics and just wondered why don't Iuse bluetooth instead of plugging it in each time...only to find apple won't let us do this. Is this still true? Seems like madness and a good reason to change...

I have tried bump but it insists on location recognition before it will work properly. Maybe I am paranoid but I think they have enough info about me already....

Since the IOS6.0.1 update to my iPhone 4 I can no longer send pictures through texting to friends and family who do not have iPhones. I have been to an apple store in hopes they could fix this problem and they can not.

Both of those are carrier features, contact your cell phone provider and ask them why.
