Why can I reinstall Creative Cloud?

Please if someone can explain why I can't re install creative cloud????

    So I purchased Creative Cloud on September last year and never got it to actually work do I just sent it to trash along with all the other creative cloud folders I could find on Finder. Now that I NEED to use Adobe's Creative Suite I can't reinstall the App because it says my other version is in use and I can't uninstall this last version because I deleted the Uninstaller. So basically, I don't have the program anymore but somehow can't install it again.

    I seem to be in a loop. I was asked to reinstall Creative Clooud Desktop, but each time I run the installer it caliams a problem exists and say I need to install the Adobe Application Installer and points me to the same page and then the whole thing repeats.     Did a windows restore to a time before creative cloud installation, now every time I try to reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app it begins and then quits thirty seconds into it.  Any ideas?

    Creative Cloud disappeared and now wants to download new version which doesn't exist. I tried 9 times. Anyone know how to install a new version.     You can delete the alias also Adobe creative cloud if you have that in Application folder and try downloading CC cleaner tool for MAC Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 
    Run the software and remove Creative cloud Desktop app.
    Navigate to the OOBE folder.
    Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    Delete the OOBE folder.
    Access hidden user library files | Mac OS 10.7 and later
    You can download it again from here: Free Creative Cloud | Download Adobe Creative Cloud free trial
    Sign in and then try to install CC apps.

    I made a back up an rebooted the whole system.

    I see all the apps and can download them.
