Why can't I access Canon Image Gateway? It freezes on my screen after asking permission to allow storage on my computer (which it doesn't let me accept or deny)

And again exactly are you doing? How are you trying to attach them? The basic answer is to use the media browser in the lower left hand corner of the attach window under Media ==> photos. ==> iPhoto

Why can I not open raw images in bridge after down loading raw plug-in for my new Canon 70D dozens of times? I have never had any where near this amout of trouble with all my other Canon digital cameras.

How can I update Canon iMage Gateway Mycamera plugin for Firefox?

I received a message from Firefox saying NPCIG.dll CANON iMAGE GATEWAY Mycamera Plugin was unknown.
How can I update this plugin? I have Windows 8.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi. My camera is a Canon 600D. And yes my videos are stored in the Aperture library and they are not referenced. Even then I tried to select all the videos in Aperture and clicked 'consolidate masters' and there was a messge that said all 'none of the files are referenced',... so they didn't need consolidating.
I also tried preferences> export> external video editor > choose > iMovie. And then right click on the video to edit with imovie. Even then the video didn't show up in iMovie. It seems like the only option for me is to import the videos directly to iMovie which means there will be two versions of the same file stored in my computer eating up space.
APPLE. What are you doing?

The Canon iMage Gateway is not offline, as I was just able to login to my account a moment ago. I know it has been a few days since you posted this though. Are you still unable to login? If so, what web browser are you using?

In the new iphoto app, why can't i save multiple images to camera roll at once?

why can't i save multiple images to camera roll at once? it seems i can only save one at a time and its very frustrating..
the options seem to be there, they are just greyed out and i cant click on them.
at first i thought its because the images were too big, so i tried it with smaller images but same thing.

I can confirm @khaniff's original post the option in iPhoto for iOS is greyed out in conflict with the referenced article that follows:
Save to the Camera Roll
Tap a photo, album, or event and tap .
Tap Camera Roll.
Confirm or change the photos you want to share by tapping an option.
Select all the photos in an album or event: Tap All.
Select a range of photos: Tap Choose, tap Range, tap the first and last photos in the range, and tap Next.
To use your photo in another app, open the app and select the Camera Roll album.

Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
It is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted if clearing cookies doesn't work.
Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookies files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

Why can't I access photoshop cs6 on my computer?

Details: I launch the program and it prompts me to sign into my adobe account. I click "sign in," and then it loads for awhile. It then displays an error message specifying that I am not connected to the internet or that my pc's clock is not properly synched. I reset my internet connection and synched my clock , but to no avail. The same error message is displayed every time. Any ideas?

I'm using Windows 7 and I don't think I have any firewalls. But it has recently come to my attention that before my brother gave me this computer, he installed Clock Stopper to extend free trial programs. It's since been uninstalled, but could that program have messed up my clock permanently?

What OS are you using? Do you have any firewalls that you could potentially disable while loading this screen?

Why can't I access the updated that are pending on my phone? I've turned the phone off and also closed all the apps. But still won't allow me to access the updates. Just a blank screen.

Another post is reporting that applying the 6.1 update fixes their issue. I'll have to wait until I am back on WiFi to try that.
