Why can't I access fully authorized CC apps and not just trials?

Sales says my purchase has been approved. However, when I open a CC application, it asks me for a serial number which I don't have. I was not given one by Adobe. Also, most of the apps in my Creative Cloud Desktop appear as "Try" not "Install." How do I get fully "authorized" so I can utilize fully authorized apps, not just Trials?

This happens when your system is not able to connect to the activation server.
You should check the 'hosts' file in your computer and delete all the Adobe entries from the hosts file.
The location of the hosts file is
For Windows :-- C:\Window s\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
For Mac :-- Finder --->Go--->Go to folder--->/etc--->press enter--->hosts
Open the hosts file with Notepad(for windows) textedit(for mac)
Once you have deleted the Adobe entries from the hosts file after that you can open Creative cloud desktop.

    No it isnt an issue with the youtube account- i have no problem signing in to youtube. I can even sign into the Google Youtube app.  What i cannot sign into is the Apple Youtube app- the one linked to by Safari when you click on a youtube video.     A lot of countries only have app store, no music or video stores. Because of copyright laws that are different between every nation. Stupid, that the laws are different, but that's the way it is.

    I would like to enlarge the tracks on the top half of the mix screen and not just the one track I'm working on. I find that most times I'm working in 2 or 3 tracks only and it would be great if I could enlarge the size of those to work with rather than the thin tracks they appear as. I realize if I click on one that it will appear larger below to edit but can I have all the tracks recorded appear larger?

    The Camera roll, on the iPod Touch, is where photos taken by the iPod (if it has a camera), screenshots and downloaded pictures are stored.     Apps can only be updated from the same country in which they were purchased.
    You will have to re purchase the apps.
    Keep in mind, your credit or debit card credentials must be associated with the same country where you reside.

    Thank you, that solved the problem!  I still seem to need to change a setting of some sort to work with this file.  I'm working with a scanned b&w drawing and am unable to adjust the levels. When I choose "adjust levels", the Levels window pops up and I'm able to preview changes, but when I click "OK", nothing happens; no changes.

    Okay, so I just found out that uninstalling and reinstalling some of the apps does the trick. I don't know if it works for all of them, though.

    Sometimes what I've experienced is that my iPad can access the regular site of a web page, if the site has a mobile version, my touch will default to the mobile version, where things may be optimized for iDevices.
    Try looking up in the address bar of the site in question and see if there's a www.m. in the address.
    Some of them I literally can't get the regular site on my Touch, mobile site only.

    This is a user forum, no one here can speak to any updates. You can currently have your Photo stream for shots you want to appear on all devices.

  • Why can you see the artist in some albums and not others

    Some albums are showing the songs with the artist underneath. In Lady Gaga's album grid it is like this
    Song: 'Bad Romance'
    Artist:  Lady Gaga
    Then other album grid its just the song title. Why is that? I would like it one or the other. I have OCD when it comes to things like this.

    that happens to me too.I think its because when it happens to me its because theres more than 2 artists (not bands or stuff)or the cd has been burned so it is not the original.

    Previous to latest changes in iTunes I have been able to delete items on my iPod by simply clicking on and deleting when prompted for action by right click.  This has become impossible and even the instructions to creat a playlist by clicking on "add to" no longer work.  I seem to be unable to delete anything unless I delete it from my iTunes library.  Anyone out there know the solution or working on the problem?  Seems to me that if the product wasn't broke Apple should not fix it.....they should stop tinkering with it, please.
