Why can't I access the app catalog?

I have a Verizon palm Pre Plus and when I try to access the app catalog I get this:
The action could not be completed. Try again later.
When I go online and send the app to my phone and then use my phone to click the link it gives me this same message again.
My phone is fully updated to the latest OS. I should add that before I updated to the latest OS I was at least able to install apps when sending them to my phone though I wasn't able to access the app store via the phone.
So what can I do? I have a new palm pre plus that doesn't allow me to get apps....

I have restarted the phone multiple times which did not help but I just tried the restore erase data feature and now I do have access to the app store but a new problem has arrived. I can't download anything. The progress bar states that it is downloading but nothing happens and the bar shows zero progress. I've tried this with multiple apps and avenn bought a cheap app and still this happens. The phone can sit for 10 minutes and nothing downloads.
I should add that I have full signal bars and the 3g logo is lit up.
My next step when I get home is to use webOS doctor and see if I can fix the OS.
I'm starting to wish I just bought the Motorola droid...

If you've forgotten the passcode. you will have to restore the iPod through iTunes. Be sure to set up as New and not from backup.

Everything else seems to work fine, its just the app section.

Why can't I access the APP web site with my iPad3??

I just purchased an iPad3 and really like it. I tapped the APP icon to load a few APPs but it would not open. I get the grey-white page with an hour glass spinning. After a few minutes the page closes and kicks me back to the iPad desk top. I tried this several times with the same result. I tried to open the APP web site by going through the Safari browsers but ended up getting the same results. Anyone know why the APP page will not open???

I'm talking about wanting an APP so you go to the APP web site and browse for your APP. When you find one you like you down load it. There is an APP icon that is already loaded on computers, lap tops, iPhones, and iPads.

Why Can't I Access the App Store in iOS 6?

I've been trying to use Passbook ever since I installed iOS6 today with no luck. Whenever I tap the "App Store" button in Passbook, it opens the store and I get a "Cannot connect to iTunes" message. (see image.)
But if I open iTunes on it's own, it works just fine. No one else is complaining!Am I doing something wrong?

I am having the same problem, but I think I might know what's causing it. I just updated my girlfriend's iPhone 4S (same phone as mine) to iOS 6 and was surprised to find that her app store is working just fine. When I opened hers, however, I did notice that the "Categories" and "Top 25" buttons are totally different; and those happen to be the two buttons that are not working for me. Mine shows the same that yours does, while hers has the "Genius" and "Charts" buttons in the place of the two that are not functioning for me. I believe these old buttons are no longer active and therefor are bombing out when attempting to access them.
Now I said I think I may understand the problem, but unfortunately I have no idea what the solution may be. Hopefully this tread doesn't fade away and our problem gets addressed.

Occasionally ill try downloading an App through my Macbook Pro 13.5 & it directs me to iTunes to be downloaded. So, I go to iTunes and download the App I need. For instance, Amazon. I go into 'My Apps' in iTunes and try clicking on one of my DL Apps, but nothing happens. Once you download an iOS app, you cannot run that app from the computer. That can only be run from an iOS device. You cannot download Mac Apps from the iTunes App Store, those are downloaded from the Mac App Store. Two different places. If you want a Mac app that will run on your Mac, you need to download that from the Mac App Store. iTunes App Store only has iOS apps that work on iOS devices, iPhone, iPad, or iPod.

Why can't I access the updated that are pending on my phone? I've turned the phone off and also closed all the apps. But still won't allow me to access the updates. Just a blank screen.

Another post is reporting that applying the 6.1 update fixes their issue. I'll have to wait until I am back on WiFi to try that.

Try this:
Quit all apps: Double tap the Home button, hold an app icon until it wiggles, tap for each open app, double tap the Home button again
then
Reset: Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and don’t let go until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears (no data will be lost)

HT3843 I install the Genius for Apps and I can no longer access the Apps Store on my I phone

I installed the Genius for Apps on my new IPhone 5 and I can no longer access the App Store and when I tap App Store I just get a white screen with the heading Genius for Apps with a white screen and no active keys.

You can not merge accounts.
Apps are tied to the Apple ID used to download them, you can not transfer them.
