Why can't i buy in another store

The following: I have a Dutch Apple ID, valid for the Dutch store.
I also live in Belgium and therefore have also a Belgium bank account.
If I want to download the app for this bank, it can only be done from the Belgium store, for which I have no access.
I feel these restrictions (by Apple) are totally unnecessary and too restrictive.
How to escape from this ? What solution is there ?

Dear Apple,
I know you think very forwardly... Please remember that all you are interationalized for your sales but its a pitty that after a buyer has bought his product has to pass thru a lot of troubles to simply use it.
I am living in german and come from non English or German speaking nation. I would to prefer to have all the local facilities to be internationalized such as News, Book of choise from different language. If I learn chinese I would like to look in books of chinese and buy. This is like a hinderet inability by you imposed on a apple product user.
PLEASE BEHAVE AS A INTERATIONALIZED ORGANIZATION.
Every one is shouting are you at all listening. There are tons of issues you have to tackel to make your products more better. Please listen and have a solution to theres problems.

My Itunes-Angola doesn´t has any music (songs) at all. I would like to buy songs from itunes store from a diferrent country. but it doesn´t allow me.

You can only buy/download content from your own country's store - to be able to buy from another country's store you will need to be in that country and have a valid billing address in that country on your iTunes account (content is licensed to Apple to sell by the content providers on a country-by-country basis).
In order to sell music in Angola the record companies will have have to grant Apple licenses to do so - until if/when they do that then unfortunately you won't be able to buy music from Apple. You can try leaving feedback for Apple to let them know that there are people there that would like to buy music : http://www.apple.com/feedback/

Sorry... But... You cannot use other countries itunes stores.
You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country...

We are fellow users here on these forums, we won't know why unless you give some info as to what happens when you try to buy something e.g. does the 'buy' button not work, are you getting any error messages ... ?

O.K. Everything seems to be in order now!
I don't know what happened but this is the results....
After attempting to edit change the information on my iTunesMS account at least 7 times, I posted the above question, logged out of iTunes, closed down all my apps and turned off my computer.
A few hours later, I thought I would give it one more try and when I turned on iTunes, went to the Music Store and then 'reviewed' my account... it had my old American address on it with the country listed as Sweden... I just left it alone, as it didn't have my credit card info listed at all... Curiously, I'm clueless about that (though I did send this same complaint to Apple during the first posting... did that have anything to do with it?) When I clicked the continue button (without changing any info) it prompted me that I was finished setting up my iTunes Music Store account and I was immediately able to download some songs....(using the iTunes Music card--- I have not tried my MasterCard!)
So basically, I did nothing except close iTunes, turn off my computer and later rebooted it and opened iTunes! Strange... does that seem like a fix or what?

Applecare Senior Advisor Txx Bxxx (I have his contact info in an email he just sent) just confirmed with me that the problem people are having with the App Store not loading is an apple issue with there servers, ITS NOT YOUR IPAD so don't go restoring it! It's not happening to everyone however but they are looking into it, its really hit or miss.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.
