Why can't I buy in-game apps credits with a valid bank card?

unfortunately im trying to purchase some credits for the game "Spartan Wars." But after I have resign-in to make the purchase, it says that I need to contact iTunes.

Why can't I buy in dutch app store with Swedish Visa card?

I'm trying to install dutch apps from app store.
With my Swedish Account it doesn't work and I tried to create a dutch Account but with a Swedish Visa card that's impossible.
Is it really not possible?
Can you only use your own countrys app store?

You can only use your own country's store. To be able to use another country's store you need to be in that country and have a valid billing address in that country on your account (and your credit card will need to have been issued by a bank in that country).
If there are apps or other items that aren't currently in your country's store but are in others, then you can try requesting that they be added to it, but ultimately its the app's developer (or record company etc) that will have to grant Apple a license to sell them in the Swedish store : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

If you are in the US then you quite possibly have to add your state's sales tax onto the listed price.

Pages requires iOS 5 now as indicated on the app description page under the Pages icon. You will have to download and install iTunes 10.5 first on your computer in order to download and install iOS 5 for the iPad. Your profile indicates that you are running iOS 5. If that is the case, try restarting the iPad or resetting it and try again.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

What happens when you try to buy an app, does the 'buy' button not work, do you a message about your billing info, an error message about something else ... ?

Why can't I buy Google Earth app?

So I got my iPad a year ago. And I'm from Slovenia.
I see Google Earth is not visible as an appcfor us. aneuther can we installl Eurosport player.
As member state of RU,cthis annoys me.
If our money is okay to buy iPad,cwhy isn't it good to buy these apps or services as well ?
All the family takes advantage of this device.

How is it then that it's a free app, it should be also free then for EU (not RU), why shouldn't it be ?
On Windows, it's also free.
I heard jailbraked iPads can install it.
Something does not fit here. Which contract or licence... i wonder.

Why can't I buy an In-APP purchase? It says that I can not connect to the iTunes Store and that I will have to contact iTunes Store Support.

Hey everyone
With my iPhone 4S I purchased the NAVIGON Europe App, downloaded needed files and maps within the App and all worked fine. But when I try to buy certain add-ons via In-App purchase I get a window telling me that it can'T connect to the iTunes store and that I have to contact iTunes store support.
This is what I have already tried to make it work:
Reset my iphone via iTunes (set it up as new iPhone)
Changed itunes store payment option from Click&Buy to credit card
restarted iPhone several times
scratched my head
checked restrictions under settings in iPhone: all is correct; in-App purchases allowed
chewed my lip
finally sent a message to the itunes store support.. waiting for their answer
no changes so far. I still get the same error message.
Any ideas?

How can I un-disable an account?

You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it

So, it is on the website. It's probably in the EULA you had to agree to. However, most people just click through.

Why can't Best Buy retrieve receipts for devices with serial #'s

Unfortunate situation...I took one of my visiting exchange students to best buy to buy an iPAD 2...of course she is a foreign student so paid with cash. She was so excited that she immediately took it out and started playing with it. The next day she discovered that there was a minor defect on the ipad display. If you are viewing a page with a white background, you can see two vertical shadows on the ipad screen...it is very subtle but for a 22year old student who just spent 2 weeks worth of salary on it, a very big deal! Unfortunately she couldnt find the receipt so shes stuck. I called best buy and they stated they cannot help. I just dont understand...if you have a device with a serial number why not....isnt that stuff inventoried? Doesnt BB keep track of that. It woudl seem easy enough to me to pull something up by serial #.

It was terrific of you to take your student to purchase an iPad 2 from one of our stores! I am sorry to hear that it wasn’t in the condition it should have been out of the box. It is true that we do not capture serial numbers unless it is a product that needs service activation, such as mobile phones or tablets with 3G/4G capabilities. For these items, the serial number is captured during the activation process.
While we wouldn’t have been able to locate the receipt by the serial number, we have a multitude of other ways to locate a receipt. We can track down receipts with your personal information, or as the store did for you, with the information such as time, date, register, and transaction amount. I am happy to know that the store manager was able to locate the receipt and get this issue resolved for you by exchanging the iPad 2!

Why can I not buy a $9.99 album with $10.06 credit on my account?

I have $10.06 available on my account. I want to buy an album (I've tried several) but couldn't buy any in the $10 region due to "insufficient credit".
If I buy anything else, like a single song or app - the purchase goes through.

That would do it.
