Why can't I buy in iTunes....???

hello.....
i'm from mexico.......
i have a .mac account..........
i have a paypal account.......
i log in........ click on review info....... but i can't register a credit card because my billing info is not in the USA.......
if i choose paypal........ i have to validate my account...... and it's ok.... because i'm registered and verified (like mexican) but itunes rejects me because the billing info, countries or something like that are not the same....
so........ how can i buy? how can i see album ilustration at least?
i hope u can understand me....... my english sux =(

Sorry, but you can't. There is no iTunes Music Store for Mexico, and the the record companies do not allow cross-border sales from any of the legal download stores. You must therefore have legal residence in the country of the iTunes Music Store you wish to use.
So in order to buy from another country's iTunes Music Store, you must (as proof of residence) have either:
a) a credit card issued by a bank in that country with a billing address also in that country, or
b) a mailing address for your residence in that country and a gift certificate or a prepaid card that was bought in that country.
If you cannot fulfill one of these two sets of conditions, you will not be able to purchase from any given country's iTMS.
This, again, is due to restrictions placed on Apple by the record companies and other rights holders (who are often completely different from country to country and so all require their own individual negotiations and contracts), not by Apple's choice.
Forum Tip: Since you're new here, you've probably not discovered the Search feature available on every Discussions page, but next time, it might save you time (and everyone else from having to answer the same question multiple times) if you search a couple of ways for a topic, both in the relevant forums, in the User Tips Library and in the Apple Knowledge Base before you post a question.

Sorry... But... You cannot use other countries itunes stores.
You must be within the Country with a Valid Billing Address and Credit Card for that Country to use the iTunes Store of that Country...

Is this the film Outlander ? If it is then it's rated 15 here in the UK - do you have an age rating set in the Parental tab in iTunes > Preferences (command-comma) that is protecting the buy button ?

why can't I buy a tv show on itunes? when I click on buy it takes me to verify my billing info and when I do it asks me to enter my password for the thirth time and it will take me back to checking my billing info over and over and over.... it doesn't tell me that I am entering any info wrong. neither I am.

O.K. Everything seems to be in order now!
I don't know what happened but this is the results....
After attempting to edit change the information on my iTunesMS account at least 7 times, I posted the above question, logged out of iTunes, closed down all my apps and turned off my computer.
A few hours later, I thought I would give it one more try and when I turned on iTunes, went to the Music Store and then 'reviewed' my account... it had my old American address on it with the country listed as Sweden... I just left it alone, as it didn't have my credit card info listed at all... Curiously, I'm clueless about that (though I did send this same complaint to Apple during the first posting... did that have anything to do with it?) When I clicked the continue button (without changing any info) it prompted me that I was finished setting up my iTunes Music Store account and I was immediately able to download some songs....(using the iTunes Music card--- I have not tried my MasterCard!)
So basically, I did nothing except close iTunes, turn off my computer and later rebooted it and opened iTunes! Strange... does that seem like a fix or what?

Whether you understand it or not, you CANNOT use your itunes gift card for Apple Store Purchases.

See, I bought an iTunes card the other day and redeemed it that same day. After doing so, I pre-ordered a movie that was expected to be released on the 18th of March(today). So I tried to purchase the movie I pre-ordered with the credit I redeemed from the iTunes card, but it is asking for my billing information. So I clicked on the link where it says "To redeem code, click here", and it asked me to enter a code. My concern is why can't I buy that movie I pre-ordered with I the money I have in my iTunes account?

You didn't purchase the movie, you pre-ordered it. So the code works to put in the pre-order for the movie. So it's on hold, so to speak. Then when the movie comes out (and only then) are you actually billed, so you have to enter the code again in case you or someone else who has access to your computer used some -- perhaps too much of the credit in the meantime.
If I use a regular credit card and pre-order something, oftentimes there is some kind of perk or extra included along with it for me in return for pre-ordering. Like an extra feature for example. I don't actually get billed until I actually get the movie and so it's kinda like that.
