Why can't I buy in my games

If I need like rubies iTunes won't let me buy.

What happens when you try to buy them, does the 'buy' button not work, do you get any error messages ... ?

    I would recommend contacting the game developer for support for 3rd party apps as they will be best qualified to answer questions on their application.

    What message do you get when you try?
    Can you download a free app? If not there is a problem with your Apple account. If you can download a free app there may be a Restriction set on in-app purchases.

    Is this the film Outlander ? If it is then it's rated 15 here in the UK - do you have an age rating set in the Parental tab in iTunes > Preferences (command-comma) that is protecting the buy button ?
