Why can't i choose my roles?

Dear experts：
     I have assigned three PFCGs in the u2018Rolesu2019 panel to my account in SU01,like  u2018SAP_CRM_UIU_MKT_PROFESSIONALu2019,'ZLSAP_CRM_UIU_MKT_PROFESSIONALu2019 and u2018ZSAP_CRM_UIU_SCM_PROFE_MZBRu2019 which were defined by myself.
         But when i log on from WEBUI, there is no choices for me to select . And then i found i was given a  'ZLSAP_CRM_UIU_MKT_PROFESSIONAL' role.
         What is wrong with my account?

let me tell you what is happening in short in your case. There is a concept of Business Role and PFCG Role.
You assign PFCG roles in SU01. You assing Business roles in positions.
Each Business Role is assigned a PFCG role.  ( check in SPRO >CRM> UI Framework--> Business Roles --> Define Business Role )
Here you can find out what PFCG role is assigned to your business role.
Your user has been assigned to some Business partner who is assigned to some position in Org Unit.
You can chcek this by tcode:- PPOMA_CRM
This tcode will open the Organization Model screen. Then on the top left, you will see the "Find By".
Here try to search for your user name by using the search criteria "User".
I am sure it will fetch you your user name in the result window on right side.
If you see only your user name on right side, it means ur user is not assigned to any position in Org Model and your user is nowhere assigned to the org Model.
But if you see your user name as well some position, and then some org unit beneath that in the results window in the right side, then it means ur user name has been assinged in the Org Model. I feel you will get this search result. And if this is correct, then there will be some Business role assigned to the position under which ur user is assinged. I am sure this business role 'ZLSAP_CRM_UIU_MKT_PROFESSIONAL' is assigned to this position.
If you user names is assinged to some position in the Org Model, then you need to remove your name from that position. Now
what business roles you see will be governed by what PFCG roles u assign through SU01. So now if you assign three PFCG roles in SU01, then you will see the corresponding Business roles, when u login to WebUI.
