Why can't I connect to my 3520 via wireless?

I have a HP Deskjet 3520, and I am running on Windows 7/64 bit.
I have been able to setup my printer through the USB, and I have been able to get my printer connected to the same network, and have setup e-print even. However, I cannot connect to my printer via the wireless, and my iphone cannot detect it through the e-print app.
I have tried turning odf firewalls, re-installing, turning of every part of the chain (ie laptop, printer, router...)
I even tried to connect through my MacBook, and still, I can only "see" it through the USB, even though the printer has an IP address and is able to receive documents through e-print.
Is this a known issue?

Printer does not maintain wireless connection.

Is your iPad seeing the Router SSID (Network Name) in the list of networks? If so what happens when you try to select it? Are you asked for a password? If the network isn't secure then it won't ask you for a password and you should just connect.

The only thing you can connect an iPhone to your Macbook over BT for would be tethering, which would be done through the Personal Hotspot settings on the iPhone, not the BT settings. iOS doesn't support the BT profiles for trasferring files.

I moved into an apartment and trying to join my roommate's wireless. I have entered his Network name and password and tried this every way I can think of but always get "Connection timeout" as a response. my roommate's macbook shows about 15 wireless networks in the area with his dropdown menu bar icon and my mini shows about 2-3 at any given time and as i'm looking at them they pop in and out of the menu. Which makes me wonder about my antenae and why I am not detecting the number of networks he is on his macbook sitting right next to me. Any ideas? I am at the end of my wits trying to figure this out.

Wireless has been a fairly consistent sore spot for mac minis. Some people have improved reception by putting the mini on its side. Others have bought Apple-compatible USB wireless dongles and used them instead of the internal Airport card.
Since you won't be carrying the mini around the apartment, ethernet might make more sense.

How come that the bluetooth connection won't work. On the computer shows it is paired and is working properly while on the iphone shows not connected.

The only thing you can do with bluetooth and your mac is for the mac to share the internet connection using personal hotspot on your phone. Other than that you cannot use bt to transfer files or sync the phone with the mac.

On your iPad, go into Settings --> Wifi. Does your iPad indicate your device is on a wireless network?
If so, can you verify your wireless network is correctly functioning?
If not, connect your device to a wireless network. If the iPad refuses to connect to a wireless network. Go into Settings --> General --> Reset --> Reset All Network Settings. If done correctly than you will NOT loose any data while reseting your network settings. After the reset, go back into wifi settings and attempt to connect to a wireless network.

But I get the same error message when a password is requested. I have removed the password requirement from some of my WiFi options, and make the connections and internet functions correctly.

I decided to return to i studio to ask them the reason, but when I gave my IPad to the staff, he just put his wifi password, then the iPad can work as ussually , then he told me maybe my Internet problem, but I can connect to surb my web, I can do everything except to connect the iTunes.
Then after I call to the wifi provider company, they ask me o set up all the proxy then now I can connect to iTunes store as normally.

Also try this - Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

You say "I am paired" but unless you are a Bluetooth device yourself, what device are you trying to send files from? A computer? A mobile phone? If the latter, which one?
To send files Mac to Mac, Bluetooth Sharing needs to be enabled on both Macs in the Sharing system preferences pane.
If you are trying to send files between a Mac and an iOS device via Bluetooth, then that won't work as iOS devices don't have that functionality.

the iPhone uses active sync. Desktop clients do not. Desktop clients use another exchange protocol (which i can't remember as i'm not a microsofty).
Just because you can access via active sync doesn't mean you can access it by other methods, and vice versa.
