Why can't I connect to samsung or htc device via Bluetooth? or can't copy any picture or song from my laptop to Iphone 5?

Because this has never been a feature of iphone/ipad/ipod touch.
Ipod touch/iphone/ipad support bluetooth for handsfree telephone devices, stereo speakers/headsets, some keyboards, some peer-to-peer apps form the app store, and internet tethering where provided by the carrrier.
Otherwise, they will not connect to another phone/device/computer.

Pairing my Bose Sounddock 10 to my Macbook Pro (early 2011) via Bluetooth was fine under Mountain Lion. After installing Mavericks, connection failed. I deleted the Sounddock & attempted to pair it again. I get an occasional 'flash' in the 'Devices' list, but no pairing occurs.
I have no issue pairing the Sounddock to my iPad running iOS 7.0.3.
Has Bluetooth been changed for Mavericks?

I actually have the same problem, since I upgraded to Mavericks my MacBook Pro can't seem to find the Bose sounddock 10. Has anyone found a solution to this.

Geez... I had such high hopes
You had completely unrealistic hopes.
Bluetooth is far too slow for anything more than the smallest of files.
Considering the fact that iPads and iPhones can store many gigabytes worth of data, you would be waiting weeks to sync your media.
USB is much, much faster. You can also transfer files via WiFi if the app you're using supports it. When iOS5 comes out later this year you'll also be able to sync via WiFi.
Bluetooth is just not designed for syncing huge amounts of audio and video data.

Why Can't I connect my iMac to the DSL via the 5-posrt switch?

I have been using SBC DSL for about 4 years. 2Wire DSL modem and connect this iMac to the network through a switch (splitter) because I have other ethernet lines to a base station and to another computer. Recently I upgraded the OS from 9.2.2 by adding 10.3 and now the only way I can connect is with the iMac directly to the 2Wire modem. I've switched the ethernet cables, I've tried reinstalling everything again, but no luck. The network preference "sometimes" says I'm connected via an ethernet line but the dhcp is 10.0.xxx. So when I try to Renew...I never get a good DHCP connection.
If I was never able to connect via this switch box...I wouldn't complain, but this has made me rather nuts....when I connect this iMac directly to the 2wire modem, I can't use the other computers on line.
Hope someone has an answer.

OK, so it's been awhile since this was posted and I hope you've solved the problem, but on the chance you haven't you might try setting up a new location in the network preferences:
Open system preferences
Click on "Network"
Click on Location:New Location...
Click on Show:Network Port Configuration
Click and drag "Airport" to the top (you can uncheck any of these boxes also if you don't want to use them"
Click Apply Now
Click Show:Airport
Click TCP/IP
Normally Conigure IPV4 is set to "using DHCP"
Click on Apply now
This should work. You may have to use the Apple Menu to set your location - It's a pain but at least you'll be up and running

On your iPad, go into Settings --> Wifi. Does your iPad indicate your device is on a wireless network?
If so, can you verify your wireless network is correctly functioning?
If not, connect your device to a wireless network. If the iPad refuses to connect to a wireless network. Go into Settings --> General --> Reset --> Reset All Network Settings. If done correctly than you will NOT loose any data while reseting your network settings. After the reset, go back into wifi settings and attempt to connect to a wireless network.

I decided to return to i studio to ask them the reason, but when I gave my IPad to the staff, he just put his wifi password, then the iPad can work as ussually , then he told me maybe my Internet problem, but I can connect to surb my web, I can do everything except to connect the iTunes.
Then after I call to the wifi provider company, they ask me o set up all the proxy then now I can connect to iTunes store as normally.

You say "I am paired" but unless you are a Bluetooth device yourself, what device are you trying to send files from? A computer? A mobile phone? If the latter, which one?
To send files Mac to Mac, Bluetooth Sharing needs to be enabled on both Macs in the Sharing system preferences pane.
If you are trying to send files between a Mac and an iOS device via Bluetooth, then that won't work as iOS devices don't have that functionality.

the iPhone uses active sync. Desktop clients do not. Desktop clients use another exchange protocol (which i can't remember as i'm not a microsofty).
Just because you can access via active sync doesn't mean you can access it by other methods, and vice versa.
