Why can't I downgrade an iPhone?
I've bought an iPhone 5 two years ago and I upgraded to IOS 8 but I don't like it because it's slower for my iPhone. Why can't I downgrade? It should be mandatory if new updates make my phone slower. :-(

I have tried this 17 times and it won't work. My iTunes is completely up to date. I have made sure that my connection is fine and I have tried turning my firewall off with no avail. This has happened to me before but usually the update will go through after 2-3 tries, never to this extent. I don't know what to do. Help!

Your security software (Antivirus, firewall, router settings) is blocking access to gs.apple.com, Apple's activation servers. Try temporarily disabling your security applications on your computer.
You have a redirect in your hosts file that defines a different IP address for gs.apple.com. you must delete all references to gs.apple.com from your hosts file (c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts, or /etc/hosts on a Mac)
Your phone is jailbroken or otherwise hacked. -

why do i constantly get cut off on calls. I've had this problem with my 3GS, my 4S and now my iPhone 5. When the core functionality is Phone, i.e. the ability to talk, why can't Apple make the iPhone function as a Phone? is there an App for that !!
Well, since you've had the same problem, with three different phones, that all use different size sim cards, it seems pretty obvious the problem is with your carrier/coverage & nothing to do with your phone or sim card.

We have cell data plan.
I have other phones (4s) and can see "Find Phone" App under Cellular Data and can turn on/off. But the problem phone does not have "Find IPhone" to be able toturn on/off. I made sure app is running when i go to Cellular Data. I guess the question is why do Apps show up under Cellular Data to be able to turn on/off? I thought if the app was made for Cellular Data it automatically showed up under Cellular Data. -

With AT&T you can click on the phone icon - go to voicemial and at the top left where it says greetings click on it and you can set your voicemail greeting. -
