Why can't I download the latest version of I tunes, iPad is less than a year old?

Re-post your question in the proper iTunes forum, either for Mac or for Windows. This forum is for asking questions about how to use these forums, not for questions about software or hardware.
What you need to do will depend more upon your computer's configuration and right now we know nothing about that. If using a Mac, get more information about your computer. Go to the Apple in the upper left corner of any window, then "About This Mac". Write down what it says about "version"and report it in your topic. Now continue to "More Info..." Copy and paste the information, but omit the serial number and Hardware UUID (if present).

My hard drive crashed so I had to reinstall iTunes. Now I can't see the full versions of the songs I purchased recently in iTunes.

I can see the preview versions of the songs in my account but I don'[t know how to restore the full versions. Thanks for any advice.

Depending on which country you are in, then you might be able to re-download the music from iTunes : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519 . Otherwise have you not got a backup of your purchases on, for example, an external drive or DVD that you can copy back onto your computer and add into iTunes ?

I can only access saved photos in PSE, they are on my hard drive but I can't have them printed and can only look at them in PSE! Why can't I do anything with the photos after I worked them up and saved them?

and activate with your serial number.
if you have a problem downloading, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com

I just purchased a new computer and synced my creative cloud account. It didn't download the latest version of premiere and says that I am up to date (which I am not.) Anyone know why this is? and how to access the update for version 6.0.2?

Why can't i download new versions of itunes on my PC?

I can see from the amount of discussion on the net that this is a major problem and I have tried all the suggestions I can find (delete cookies, download Quicktime separately etc) but I am starting to get very frustrated as I can't get any music on my (now) 3 month old ipod. Plus I have just bought my son a touch and he can't figure it out either.
Any suggestions?

As Peter said, launch Firefox browser and then click on the Download Manager button. The popup window will ask for missing plugin. Click on the missing plugin and Firfox will automatically download the matching version of Java plugin required to download the software.

I keep getting notices to update Flash Player 117 to 152. Instead of the usual download windows, there's a 3-step page that stops on step 2. When I click on Help, it tells me how to respond to the download window...which never appears. I have exhausted all the suggestions and sadly uninstalled FP 117 and now have nothing.
I have Windows 7 for both 32 and 64 bits and Internet Explorer 11.

Bypass teh downloader/installer altogether.
Download the Adobe Flash Player installer directly by clicking one of the following links.

Purchasing extra iCloud storage doesn't increase the space on your iPad, it only increases the space in your iCloud account. If you don't have enough free space on your iPad, you'll have to remove someting to make more room. You might, for example, import your photos and videos to your computer and delete them from your iPad to make more room, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
