By 'not accept' you mean ... ? Are you getting any error messages ?

I could not download 4.3 without gettign error 3259. I went to the Apple Genius Bar and they managed to do it. Now I can't download 4.3.2 wihtout the same time out error. I have disabled antiviru/firewall and it makes no difference. I am not inclined to go to the Genius BAr again because they waster 30 min of my life by not dealing with it at the appointed time. I downloaded the Line app to my desktop but that wasn't the correct thing to do.
I then tried to download it to my IPhone. I selected App Store and when that opened, it shows the Line app (see attachment) with the block saying Open. If I touch Open, nothing happens.

I think, based on your comments, that the problem is that I downloaded the Line app to my desktop. However, whenever I click on the file location, it takes me to ITunes music page.
I'm including a new photo of the app on my IPhone.
I'm not at all familiar with the intracacies of how everything works with IPhone. My primary use has been phone calls but my wife wanted this app installed.
So, you said to press the home button twice. I assume it is the small button at the bottom/center of the phone.
When I do that, all I get is snapshots of what is on my phone, i.e., App Store, game center, ITunes store, Phone, Facebook, Messages, etc. There is no task bar. If I'm wrong, please set me straight.
In the meantime, I will try the soft-reset and see what happens.

Why can't I download Photoshop CC(2014) to my Mac Pro desktop running OSX 10.9.3. My Creative Cloud app shows updates for all apps that I have as CS6 on my desktop but I have only subscribed to Photoshop CC. Lightroom shows Install but it is installed. Trying to Install Photoshop CC(2014) results in and error message "Installation failed Errors encountered during installation.(7) more information.

If you have Not On This iPad selected at the top middle of the Purchased tab in the iTunes app, then tap on All Songs at the top left of the screen and then tap on 'Songs By Most Recent' at the top right and change it to 'Albums By Name' - does the album that you want to download then appear as an album on the right-hand side of the screen ? If it does then tap on it and will hopefully download the whole album.

SO, I just purchased 2 4th gen ITouch’s and a 2nd gen Ipad for my kids. All is well and fine however my second gen device is toast so I am using one of my kids older 2 gen ITouch. My kids had been complaining that they could not download anything on the 2nd gen devices but I figured they were doing something wrong, my bad. The device has Netflix that works just fine but I am finding that if I were to delete the app and did not have it backed up I would not be able to get it back from the appstore. The device has been taken care of and is in good working order, but I am finding that Apple has chosen to no longer support IOS4.2.1 which I get. However I would expect that at a minimum I would be able to download any app that was available for the 4.2.1 os at the time the next version was released.
Drive space it cheap and ****** off customers are expensive.
Apparently Apple has planned obsolescence built into their business plan which I am finding pretty hard to swallow.
I just purchased over a grand worth of new devices and I am wondering if that was wise since apparently apple will deem them obsolete in a couple of years. That great because the newer devises are great, however I have a devise that there is nothing wrong with and apple has made the choice to no longer support the devise and not allow applicable software downloads making the devise basically useless. This is not supporting your customers!
I would hope that Apple changes their posture on this planned Obsolescence and backs its products durability with the ability to get applicable apps for the actual lifetime of the devise and not some 2 year window.
I brought my concerns to the nearest apple store where they gave me some song and dance about how the older devise was not fast enough. This is probably true for the newer apps but I think if this was a limitation then ITunes should make the newest version of the app at the time of the app is available for the devise.
Like I said drive space is cheap and this is like a row in some database.
I am wondering if I will continue to buy apple products.
