Why can't I download songs/media while in the Bahamas

While traveling to Freeport, GBI I have been unable to use my iTunes account to download movie rentals and songs .. why might this be? Is there something I can do?

You cannot use a countrys itunes store from outside of that country.

Maybe try downloading the Premiere Pro trial and then licensing it?

To install Mavericks, you need one of these Macs:
iMac (Mid-2007 or later)

Your Mac also needs:
OS X Mountain Lion, Lion, or Snow Leopard v10.6.8 already installed
2 GB or more of memory
8 GB or more of available space
Since Mavericks requires 8GB's or more of free disk space, control click the MacintoshHD icon on your desktop or open the Finder, right or control click startup disk in the Sidebar on the left then click Get Info.
You'll see Available and Capacity. Make sure there's at least 15% available disk space.
If installed, disable anti virus software before downloading Mavericks.

Why can't I download songs from an external hard drive onto iTunes?

So I have an external hard drive with some songs on it that I wanted to get on iTunes so they can be synced to my iPod. I plugged my hard drive in and then went to iTunes where I clicked on "File" (in the top left corner) and scrolled down to "Add folder to Library". I then found my external hard drive and selected the albums/songs that I wanted.
They loaded onto iTunes just fine. Everything looked right and the songs were all on the list. I even managed to get album artwork on most of them.
Then I went to "sync iPod" and an alert message popped up saying "Some of your songs were not synced to your iPod because they could not be found." (Or something very similar to that)
So none of the songs made it onto my iPod and when I checked the Library list again, all of the songs I had just put on iTunes had exclamation points in front of them.
What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this? Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you
1) added the songs to the itunes database, but did not copy the acutal files to the PC's internal HD
2) unplugged the exHD and now itunes doesn't know now to find them anymore
If you plug the exHD back in, and it has the same drive letter as it did when you added the songs to itunes, it should work.

I recently moved from Japan to Brazil. Today I was listening to a track that I liked on Vimeo, so I just went over to iTunes in order to buy the song, but to my surprise I could not find any song at all in the brazilian store. For instance, Power Search only lists Apps, Podcasts and iTunes U.

Because Apple doesn't have permission to sell enough songs in Brazil to open an iTunes Music Store there.

Why can't I download songs I have purchased in the past? I checked the account information (purchase history) and when I go into the iTunes Store and search for the song it wants me to buy it again and there is no way to just re-download it.

Thank you for the details of the issue you are experiencing with your iTunes purchases. It sounds like you may have been looking in the Account Information page, but there is a separate Purchases section you can download the songs from.
I recommend downloading your purchases directly to your computer using the Purchases page in the iTunes Store using these steps:
Download previous iTunes Store purchases to an authorized computer
Click iTunes Store near the top of the iTunes window.
Click the Purchased link at the right of the iTunes Store homepage (below Quick Links).
In the page that appears, select a category.
iTunes shows you which of your purchases are available for download. You can view all of your past purchases, or just the ones not currently in your iTunes library. Items already in your library aren’t available for download. If you select Music, you can view your purchases by song, artist, or album. If you’re viewing by album, click an album to see which songs on it are available for downloading.
To download all available items, click Download All.

You lost the disk that has BootCamp 3.0 on it, and you can't download it, so you will have to obtain a copy.
You can buy a retail copy ($29 US), contact Apple for a replacement for the disk you lost ($16 US) or find the disk you lost.
There is no other alternative.
