Why can't I download the Microsoft Office I paid for?

I would advise against shopping Best Buy, as I still cannot get what I paid for in June, as evidenced by this communication I posted to their page. I would like to know why the second card given to me in your Katy, Texas store where I purchased Micro Soft Office, is also not working when I try to download the software I purchased there. I don't live in Katy. It is a 45 minute drive back to the store for me. Please help with this situation. I do not have the time to keep running back to Katy for solutions that don't work. I paid for this software in June, and have yet to have delivery on what I paid for. I was given a scratch off card for my purchase which I am supposed to go to https://officesetup.getmicrosoftkey.com/ to download. The key revealed after I scratch off is getting the message: The Product Key entered was not recognized as a valid Product Key. Please check the characters entered and try again. If the card with your 25 character Office 2013 product key references a PC manufacturer, please use www.office.com/getoffice to download your new Office product.

After making this purchase way back in June, I of course can understand you being upset that both activation cards aren’t working for you. I can also see why you don’t want to drive back to this store given it is 45 minutes away.
I do see the purchase. I want to verify this store is actually giving you the correct activation card for the version of Microsoft Office you purchased from us. Could you send me an email to [email protected] with a photo of the activation(s) card you received from this store? Once I get that email I will post back to this thread.

Why can't I download apps I have to pay for on to my new iPad Mini. I have had an Apple id for my iPhone for years and have downloaded app to it, no problems. When I try to download apps to my new iPad Mini, it tells me my billing info has to be confirmed. After confirming with same info that is already there it tells me to contact support, no help up to this point.

Could the credit card be expired?
Beyond that, what you need to do is contact iTunes support, they can tell you exactly what is wrong, none of us here can do that.
In the lower right corner of this page is a 'contact us' link. Click on that and you'll see a page full of info and links, one of which is iTunes support.

I have got myself in a real mess, I installed the new iOS 7 onto my iPad and I don't like it so I imported all my new photos to my mac, then I reset all my settings on my iPad thinking that it would go back to the original settings but alas didn't work.
Then I thought I would put up with it but now I cannot put my photos etc back onto the iPad because my mac needs the version of iTunes but when I try to install the new version I get a messy come up that iTunes cannot install this new version on my mac which is a 10.5.8.

Put simply, the minimum system requirements for iTunes have changed. You need a Mac running at least OS X 10.6.8.
It's best you look online to see if your model of Mac can be upgraded to at least 10.6.8 "Snow Leopard". It should still be possible to order a copy of Snow Leopard if so.

Been having that problem myself. Just click on this link http://www.apple.com/uk/itunes/ and download it from there. It worked for me. Hope this helps.

Are you logged in with the same account that was used to activate the phone ? If you are, and the apps aren't showing as free, then try logging out of your account by tapping on it at the botto of the Featured tab in the App Store app and then log back in and see if they then show as free.
