Why can't I download Xcode 4.2 for Snow Leopard?

I login to Apple Developer and click Download Xcode 4.2 (Snow Leopard) but I'm just presented with an Access Denied page... Do you know why this happens?

I just checked it again and here's what I've done:
1) Browse to developer.apple.com
2) Choose iOS Dev Center
3) Log In
4) Go down to the Downloads Section on http://developer.apple.com/devcenter/ios/index.action and click on Xcode 4.2 for Snow Leopard download link.
5) The link is download.apple.com//Developer_Tools/xcode_4.2_with_ios_5_sdk/xcode_4.2_and_ios_ 5_sdk_for_snow_leopard.dmg but instead of downloading the file, I'm presented with an Access Denied page:
Access Denied

Where can I find XCode 4.2 for Snow Leopard? Lots of sites assure me I can find it
at the Downloads for Apple Developers (and I'm pretty sure I found it there
for my other computer), but when I look now, there's only 4.2 for Lion and
3.x.x for Snow Leopard.
Is there somewhere else I can find it?

So it used to be free and now you have to pay for it? I'm sure the fanboys will explain that that's really cool of Apple to do that, but it strikes me as pretty dickish.

Sorry to hear you have encountered additional problems.
Try clearing the CMOS. Sometimes after a BIOS Update the new BIOS will have a conflict with the information stored in the CMOS which can cause a boot up failure. By clearing the CMOS the currently stored information will be erased and on the next reboot the computer will refresh that information.
To do.... unplug the computer and remove the coin cell battery from the motherboard. The battery's socket will have either a little tab that when pressed will eject the battery or a slot in which a small screw driver can be used to lightly pry the battery up. Once the battery is removed, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds. Then reinstall the battery, plug the computer in and see if the computer will now boot.

New iPad mini retina but why can't I download pages and numbers for free?

I have just bought an iPad mini retina and used my current itunes account to register on the iPad. I can see that the keynote that I bought before is free but not numbers and pages. Are they not suppose to be free when buying a new device?

Hi, I did use my current apple ID to activate the device but I can't see it as one of my devices that are registerd to my ID. I have an iPhone and an iPad 2 that shows when I look on the devices connected to my account. Should I reset anything to do new registration? I have tried to log out of itunes account and login again but it still doesn't work.

Why can't i access the app store with snow leopard

I just installed Snow Leopard on my girlfriend's Macbook 5,1 in hopes of updating it to Mountain Lion. I'm unable to use her Apple ID, nor mine, to access the App Store to upgrade. I've scowered search engines to find a fix, but to no avail. Anybody have any ideas as to how to resolve this issue?

On several websites it says that I need to update my browser. When I click the links, they take me to the Apple website and all it does is tell me to download the regular version of Safari 5.1.10 NOT THE UPDATE. There are several sites I need to use, that I can't. Any suggestions?

You need to upgrade the computer’s OS or switch browsers. To upgrade, open the Mac App Store and try downloading Yosemite. I am a paid member of the developer program, and Xcode 4.2 for Snow Leopard does not appear in the downloads area. I just joined today and received email confirmation, but perhaps this update to my account has not worked its way through to Apple's back-end yet. Nevertheless, it appears that Xcode 4.2 for Snow Leopard is not available any more to anyone, whether they are paid members or not.

Why can't I download Photoshop CC(2014) and why does my Creative cloud app show updates for CC(2014) products I do not have?

Why can't I download Photoshop CC(2014) to my Mac Pro desktop running OSX 10.9.3. My Creative Cloud app shows updates for all apps that I have as CS6 on my desktop but I have only subscribed to Photoshop CC. Lightroom shows Install but it is installed. Trying to Install Photoshop CC(2014) results in and error message "Installation failed Errors encountered during installation.(7) more information.
More information gives Exit Code: 7

I also cannot directly download from my account on the web. This has been going on for a week or more and I have tried numerous suggestions on the forums but got nowhere. I uninstalled Creative Cloud app today but could not find the installer again so I assume that was deleted. I cannot download that now as on Adobe's site it says we are experiencing problems. Aren't we all.
I was happy with CC until last week but now cannot recommend it.
I also have a Macbook Pro retina and Photoshop CC(2014) downloaded no problem on that.

If you have Not On This iPad selected at the top middle of the Purchased tab in the iTunes app, then tap on All Songs at the top left of the screen and then tap on 'Songs By Most Recent' at the top right and change it to 'Albums By Name' - does the album that you want to download then appear as an album on the right-hand side of the screen ? If it does then tap on it and will hopefully download the whole album.
