Actually modular747 your right i don't have a question. I was responding to the original poster as to why he can't find home sharing on his iphone. And you misquote me, I did not call you lying apple employees. Maybe you should read my posts. But let me quote myself for you since you won't read,
"If they are liars about the iPhone 4 on their website they don't mind lying about iOS 5. Telling a half truth is still a lie."
And I asked if wjosten was an Apple employee. If you don't tell the truth, what are you? A liar. If you murder someone what are you? A murderer. So I am just saying if Apple Inc. tells half truths then to me they are still liars. Thats all. I did find the link useful though. At the top of it it leads prospective users to believe this statement.

To use Airprint on the iPhone, first the printer has to be one of the ones listed here on this support document http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4356. This document will also help you with any issues you might have. You will also not "see" the printer unless you are trying to print something and then let the iPhone look for the printer and then select it.
If your printer is not one of the ones listed here, there are some 3rd-party applications in the App store that can utilize other printers. You can search for them, but one I remember the name of is Printopia.

Can't log into Home sharing from an iPhone to computer via wifi

Every time I log into home sharing from my iPhone 4S it loads halfway and stays there until it times out. I've restarted everything, verified all network connections. No firewall. I used to be able to stream music to my phone, but can't any more. The only possible change (aside from major updates from Apple), was a substantial increase in the size of my library around the same time. You would need to download the remote app. You wouldn't be home-sharing the iPad, its accessing your iTunes library from your laptop. To access content from your iPad you use airplay

How can I use home sharing between our iphones, so that we can create playlists with songs from both of our libraries? We share a Macbook Pro (separate accounts) and each have the new iphone, but when I have my iphone and try to create a new playlist, I can only grab songs from one account. Is there a way to create a playlist using both accounts since we are sharing?
Does it have to be created within iTunes first on our Mac?

The short answer: because Home Sharing isn't designed for sharing apps, and apps aren't designed to be shared.
The longer answer: Think of it like this...
You download some music in iTunes. With Home Sharing, another user can listen to it by streaming it over the network. But the data itself is on your computer. If you turn off the computer or take it off the network, the other user can't access it.
But if you send another user the app, they aren't just streaming the data- they installed it on their iOS device. Because they weren't the one that purchased it, such a transfer could easily be considered "piracy" or "stealing," and nobody likes that (least of all, Apple).
When iTunes sees this app, it obviously recognized it, as if saying, "Hey, how did you get this app on your device, if I have no record of you purchasing/downloading it from the iTunes store?"

On my HD it does not say ,restore, in yourname -pict. Iphoto lib.,
On the time machine, it , yourname etc, oes not show up at all.
Only right side of TM, your name etc. does not show.

You can use it to share the library on your computer to the iPad, not the other way around.
On the computer, set up homesharing in the advanced menu. On the iPad go to settings > music.

     Can you still use Home Sharing?    I have a Mac Mini (10.6.3) a Ipad (3rd Gen.) and a 3rd Gen. Apple TV. All on the same home network and router. All three have Home Sharing turned on. All with the same account and all with the same password but they don't see each other. Since we're talking about three devices that don't see each other, I figure it must be something in the way I have it setup or Apple did away with the function.
     Can anyone point me in the right direction or shed some light on this problem.

Well I can tell you that Apple did not do away with it because I am still using home sharing. Maybe you should go through this support article.
