Why can't I get itunes radio in IOS7 and itunes 11?

Hi Have installed itunes 11 on my mac and ios 7 on my iphone but I cannot get itunes radio. I saw it for a while and couldn't connect and then it disappeared. any ideas of what may be wrong? thanks

iTunes Radio is only in the USA. If you are outside, you won't be able to use it, so it's normal you can't see the option

So why can I not get iTunes working well?? It now takes at least 10 secs for any operation to be completed!
That is just plain evil. But I am sure I could do something to help.
All the music is on an 2T external drive.

Brigancook, is the library database on the external or just the media? iTunes reevaluates smart playlists and rewrites its database after every action on the library. I've found this can make a library half that size, with a lot of smart playlists, quite sluggish. That said I'm aware part of my problem is aging hardware. Having the database on the internal drive may improve performance if it is currently on the external.
I'd expect to see an exponential relationship between size and response time which may explain what you see. Cutting down on the number of smart playlists might help. If we're really lucky the long awaited iTunes 11 might have streamlined some of the background processes as well as cleaning up the front end.

On my PC I had a problem where the iTunes store would only display a blank white page, I managed to display my account settings, but nothing for music, etc
I treid this and it has immediately sorted it out...
start>programs>accessories> right click on Command Prompt and run as Administrator
then simply enter 'netsh winsock reset' and return
after restarting the PC and loading up iTunes the store was there fine ;-)

Why can I only get on firefox web sites and Facebook?

I have run virus scans and have checked for updates for firefox, when ever I attempt to access these updates my firefox browser shuts down and I have to open it again. There are no viruses or malware on my computer and everything but firefox is updated! Why can I not access anything but the firefox help page and my Facebook?

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer. 
Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

I'm having the same problem. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to be approved for itunes connect? It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't been approved. They sent the verificaiton email and that worked out, but I still haven't been approved for itunes connect. I thought maybe it was because of my itunes account, but when I got a new email, then got a new itunes account and then tried to reapply to itunes connect, it wouldn't let me because it says that my EIN nunber is already in use for a different connect account, and YET, I can't access it. 3 weeks seems like WAY to long for this application to be approved. I've checked my spam folder, nothing is there from Apple.
Thoughts, anyone?

WHY can't I get iTunes to import cd's that I put on Windows Media Player?

I loaded about 100 cd's onto Windows Media Player prior to receiving my Nano. When I try to put them in my iTunes library, it gives me an error message about "protected WMA format" and iTunes only being able to convert unprotected WMA song AND advising me to use the cd. What?? I cannot re-load every cd -- that took hours and hours in the first place! HELP!

Unfortunately it sounds as though you ripped your CDs in WMA format with the copy protect box checked.
This means that your WMA files are copy protected and there is no way out of this in WMP except to re-rip your CDs.
Since you own the CDs, it may be possibe to find third party software that can help you to remove the copy protection with Google, but I can't help you with that.

Why can't I get iTunes to work on my parents' wifi network?

I am home for the holidays, and I cannot play any of my music through the cloud, or preview songs in iTunes using my parents' wifi network. I can connect to the internet through their wifi network to search using safari, and I can browse and search within the iTunes store. Nothing happens when I try to preview songs in the store, or listen to music or watch TV shows in my library, though. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be going on? Thanks!

Why can't I get Itunes 12 to work on Windows 10

I can install ITunes but when I go to open it or run it, I refuses to open. ITunes 12 should be supported on the new windows 10 tech preview. Let me know what you guys can give me to help fix this issue. I've tried running it as administrator like other forms have said to do and that still doesn't work.

Why can't I get iTunes to close when I click the X

This just started after I downloaded the latest iTunes. I open it, do what I want to do and then disconnect my device and click on either the red x in the top corner or the exit in the file drop down. iTunes refuses to close and keeps reopening. If I do the same thing over and over for about 6 or 7 times it finally closes. Any suggestions how to stop this annoying trend?

What version of Windows are you working with? If you force quit the application and restart the computer does the issue persist? If so, you may need to reinstall iTunes:

Why can't I get Itunes to download books onto my ipod?

I have tried 2 times to download book on to my ipod 5th generation with not success. The frist time was with a gift card which had been acceced but not books on the ipod. I went back into the store and reordered but was informed that the card had be redeemed. On the thrid try in entered mr credit card but still no book. I'm lost -- don't know where to go from here. The main reason for buying an ipod was to be able to download books. Where do I go from here.
