Why can't I get mail on my iPad , I can get it on my iPhone and it has just gone off in the last 3 days.

I Have not been able to get mail on my iPad for the last 3 days , yet I can still get it on my iPhone . Please help.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

Try going into Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars and select that email account and try re-typing in the account's username and password

All of a sudden I cannot get wifi in my bedroomon my ipad. I never had trouble before. The signal is strong on my laptop. I did a hard reset with no results. When I bring the ipad into the other room it logs right on to the internet. There have been no physical changes ie: interfernce near my room. Any suggestions?

I would like to use iCloud with the Apple devices iMac, iPhone, iPad and eventually also an MacAir to syn with MS Outlook on Parallels on iMac and MacAir. It has to work reliable and trustworthy due to business usage!

Try a hard reset. Simultaneously press the sleep/wake and the home buttons for 10-15 seconds until the device reboots (ignore the shutdown screen).

A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Did you check the outgoing mail server setting? Make sure that your username and password are in there.
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional.

A message "cannot get mail" keeps popping up since upgrading iPad 2 to to iOS7, yet am getting mail fine. How do I get rid of this?
