Why can't I get my pre order to download on my iphone?

I downloaded some pre ordered music to my mac this morning but I cannot get the music to show up in my purchased items on my iphone so I can download it there also. I'm at work and cannot sync my phone with my work computer so I would like to redownload the music directly to my iphone. The account is the same so why can't I see the music in recent purchases? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have same problem....I get 'paused message not enough memory'. .deleted stuff have plenty of memory..still getting message. Searching for suggestion???

Do you get a send error message or a red "!" when you send? Do you have a data plan on your account? Check that your carrier has you provisioned for MMS.

We don't know how to answer because we don't know what you are doing.
I can tell you that you cannot connect the two devices together to transfer content. And videos do not work in Photo Stream, but it does work for photos. However, you can only stream photos to the device after you have enabled photo stream on the iPad. Any photos that were already on the phone - before you turned on Photo Stream -will not sync to the iPad.

Why can't I cancel online pre-orders?

I am trying to cancel an online order that I made recently, it is a pre-order for a game that releases in September and for some reason it gives me the option to cancel, but i am not allowed to check mark it. Is there any reason why I am not allowed to cancel a pre-order? I pre-order things right away just in case I want them but I do end up canceling some of them. This is the second time now I have had to send an e-mail out to [email protected] to cancel a pre-order. The first time they took care of it the same day and told me sorry for the glitch in the system as everyone is always able to cancel pre-orders. However, this time it has taken over 2 days and I still haven't received a response. I also know I am not the only one with the cancellation problem as i have a friend that shops at bestbuy.com and he also can't cancel the same pre-orders.

Why can't I get a purchased song to load on my iPhone?

Why can't I get a purchased song from iTunes to load on my iPhone? I haven't had this problem before? Any clues as to what I am not doing properly, please help.

My purchased song from itunes is on a laptop at work and I can not get it to transfer to my IPhone. The laptop is a shared computer but my job is coming to an end and I would like to recover the purchased songs and delete everyhting before I leave.
Any other ideas on have to move the purchased songs from the laptop?

I assume that you mean that you do have an iPhone because messages will not work with any other type of cell phone. You should be able to add your phone number in Settings>Messages>Send & Receive at>You can be reached by iMessages at, if your phone number is lited in there, select it and then uncheck your email address and then the iPad will be using the phone number just like the iPhone.
If you phone number is not listed in there, you probably have to sign out/turn off Messages on the phone and the iPad and then start over again on the phone - and then your phone number should be accessible to use on the iPad.

Why can't I access my pre order from iTunes when the album has been released?

Pre ordered the new Jay Z album from my iPhone 4S and have been FULLY charged for the album. Each song is showing "purchased" in grey. What's the deal with this? iTunes WILL allow me to purchase the album again, and I'm positive they'll take my money again.

I'm having the same issue. Support claims it's my computer to which I have downloaded 439 songs to already. Oddly enough I still can't download a previous preorder even though I am able to download FREE songs and podcast without issues. I asked them to cancel the order and they stopped contacting me with either a yay or a nay. It's not like they have to refund me or anything as they haven't drafted any monies yet. I guess I will have to chock this up as a loss and no longer purchase through iTunes anymore. Amazon is cheaper most of the time anyway. No back ups needed there. Peace.

When connecting my 4s to a PC via usb, I cannot get the window with the folder containing fotos and other items. It only appears a camera / scanner or windows as options to open. Why? Is it the result of upgrading to OS 6.1.3? Thank you.

iPhone is designed not to be able to transfer content that way. You can import photos and videos ( http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4083 ) but there are limits/restrictions. For example, you can sync music that you downloaded from the internet to the iPhone, but not transfer it back to a computer. This has everything to do with music rights/legal stuff, you can only transfer purchased items from the phone to a computer using iTunes.

Why can't I get Premiere Pro CC to download onto my Mac?

I joined Creative Cloud for college and had a discussion with a representative about my membership. First off I was suppose to be able to use CS6 (which I prefer) but can't without paying an additional amount per month.
Now every time I go to download Premiere CC all it gives me is the loading screen then nothing happens. I have projects I need to get done and I'm starting to get pretty pissed off.

Why can't I get rid of the "other" usage on my iPhone 4?

I have 2.45gb of "other" usage on my iPhone 4. I have tried restoring it from backup, and the "other" still won't go away. I have restored all my settings and restarted my phone to it's factory settings and still no change. I have even deleted all my safari history and data/cookies. Everything I have seen to do to get rid of it isn't working. Any other ideas? It's only an 8gb phone and I feel like 2.45 is a lot to be used up by "other." Am I wrong?

Usually restoring from backup eliminated the corrupted files. However, sometimes restoring to factory settings/new iPod is required.

I am having trouble with moving all of my contacts to my new iPhone. I am hardwiring the IP5 to my MBA using iTunes and checked the correct box. I moved all of my checked music and bookmarks but no contacts. Is there something I'm overlooking?

The answer to the iCloud question is no. I do not sync to iCloud because I use my phone for business and my iPad for pleasure. I only sync my phone through my MBA so I can control my sync'd files so that I don't have a lot of personal junk on my phone. My music transfered and my essential bookmarks but nothing else.
The second question is that I do not use Exchange.
