Why can't I get new apps on the AppStore

I can't get games any more and whenever I try it shows the circle but it doesn't move or download

If y do not have enough storage y will get an error message saying that.
Are apps stuck in "waiting"?

I got a new iPhone , why can't I get my apps from my cloud to go on my new iPhone from App Store it's asking for a credit card the apps were free and are in my cloud already ,so why is it asking me for a credit card and it will send me to my settings and that's were it asks me and if I don't put one in I can't get my apps!

You can set up a call with them by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click iTunes>iTunes Store>Purchases, Billing & Redemption>How to recover missing purchased items. The call will be free but you will need your serial number, which you can find in Settings>General>About. Apps that run on the iPhone and iPad are iOS based. Apps that run on your Mac are designed for the Mac OS X. Two different operating systems.
In other words, apps that run on your iPhone and iPad cannot run on your Mac and vice versa.

We are having this same problem with our Iphones and before you ask yes these phones are allowed to make in-app purchases. This is happening for all apps not just one or two and all of our Iphones. We have even asked several of our friends with Iphone and they also are unable to make in-app purchases. We can go into the app and go to the in-app purchase area and we see what is available but we are unable to make any selections. We have contacted apple care and they have had us reset the settings for in-app purchases and we still get have the same problem. Since this is happening on all our Iphones 3s, 4, and 4s. It leads me to believe that it is an issue with the Itune store not allowing in-app purchases. Is any one else having this problem? Had this problem but was able to get it fixed, what did you have to do to get it where you could make in-app purchases.

Are you signed into the correct Apple ID? Do the apps start downloading at all? Do you get the "waiting" or "Loading" icons at all?

Not sure I understand the question but it could be because you meant to say "can't" somewhere in the sentence. anyway, just guessing here:
Try going to:
File >> Watch folders
Now you can Add new folders here that you see them in Windows. The word ADD is a button to browse for the folders and hopefully this will solve the problem you are having.

Get what denoted in what properties link.
You can get the version number in Help -> About Firefox,
and in '''about:support''' typed into the Location bar, and you can use JavaScript to list the user agent -- javascript:navigator.userAgent
I'm not aware of any version of Firefox from Fx 2 on up to Fx 6 where "AVG Safe" is not a problem. Crashes aren't the only failures caused.

What is local storage? Why can't I get this app?

So I'm trying to get the sims free play app on my ipod4g. It requires 569MB. So I click download and it says I do not have enough local storage. Which I clear do cause I just deleted almost everything off my iPod. I have 1.0GB of free storage left. I don't get it??? Why can't I get the app???

You do NOT have enough space. Most apps require 2 or 3 thimes the space required in order to install the app.
You will need 1.2 - 1.8 gb or so free

Why can't I update/ download apps from the app store after upgrading to iOS 7.0.3?

I have an iphone 5 and updated my phone to the lastest version (ios 7.0.3) last night. I can't download/ update any apps from the app store using my cellular network. The only error message is that the app cant be downloaded at this time. As soon as I click the download button, the image of the icon shows up with "Waiting" underneath the icon. I tried tapping on the app icon to pause the download but that isn't working. I have disabled Wi-Fi setting and enabled"the use cellular data" option in the itunes and app store setting page. Memory is not an issue because I have a lot of memory available. In the cellular setting page the App Store is enabled to use cellular data. It seems like it is a setting issue. What can be done to fix this problem

Thanks for your suggestion. Not long ago before I saw your response I tried to download the app and I seemed to have some progress (I had 5 bars and 1x). It looked it was 3/4 of the download complete only to have the same error message.
Since then I reset the phone and I have tried downloading the app when there 5 bars with 3g. Every time the icon has waiting underneath it and I get the same error message.

My mum gave me her old iPhone 4s. It's the first time I've had a smart phone so I am a bit new to it. I tried to download Skype for iPhone, but it said my phone couldn't have it. I had the same with BBC Radio iPlayer. Some apps say I don't have the right operating system - I get that, but why do some apps just say my phone can't have a certain app? Is it because I am wirth giffgaff and am not on a contract but have sim only and then buy monthly goody bags?

i decided to try using my mum's new macbook to use iTunes to update my iPhone. first, it didn't have iTunes installed so i had to install it. now i have done that, and tried to update my iPhone but i just get a message on my mum's computer saying i have the most recent version of 4.2.1 and there will be another update at a certain date (can't remember it.) eh? what's that about? i'm not tech-savvie and am completely flummoxed. i thought i'd update it to a newer version. how can i update my iPhone? all i want to do is get some basic free apps!

The same thing happened to my poor sister, and she is panicking because of all of her photos of her "daughter growing up" that will be lost. It seems that this has happened to several people already, and I REALLY hope that Apple figures this out so that it doesn't force all of these people to completely reset their devices.
