Please clarify. What does this have to do with the Apple Watch? The Apple Watch does not communicate directly with anything on the Internet, only with your iPhone 5 or higher.

Sometimes when I open my iPad2, I click on an app that needs to be online to be accessed, and nothing happens. I have to turn off, then on again my WiFi. Why am I not able to access the internet all the time. WiFi at home works fine with my MacBook Air all the time.

No firewall. My office is in my home. The iPad is on my desk right next to he Netgear router. Router is only 6 months old.
Sometimes I can open iPad and get online right away. Other times my apps won't update, and I have to turn wifi off, then on again. This is a ROYAL pain! My Air works great as does everyone else's laptop who visits me.
I am a hug Apple fan, so this is stumping me.

I have fixed the "Settings have been changed by another application" problem but I still cannot get onto the internet. I can ping my router and that works but if I try anything beyond that I get nothing. The other computer on the router does just fine. I also noticed that the computer that doesn't work gets a ping response in the 0.7 ms range where the one that works is around 10.0ms.

You said that you checked for the DNS Changer trojan and that you reapplied the combo update. Did you change Network prefs to use OpenDNS servers as BDAqua suggested? Still not clear to me whether your connection is wireless or not and if so, have you tried connecting to the router by ethernet cable yet?
Is this computer easily transportable to another network and does the same thing happen when affiliated to the other network? I ask because some routers are able to block internet access to specific websites or to the internet as a whole on a computer by computer basis. This computer didn't somehow get added to such a list in your router's configuration webpages, did it?
How about parental controls on the account that you are using? Might they have been inadvertently turned on (or are you one of the folks that does your day-to-day routine business from an admin-privileged account, that can't have parental controls applied to it)?
After all that, if still no joy, unless someone else on these forums experiences an epiphany as to your problem, a visit to the nearest Mac Genius bar might be in order...

Resetting network settings will "...will reset all network settings including: previously connected Wi-Fi networks and passwords, recently used Bluetooth accessories, VPN and APN setting", but not sure beyond that. It's pretty well documented. Here's a Wikipedia article on the topic. Tons of other links to follow.
The drives themselves weren't damaged (by trying to do something like write to the drive's firmware), but the rootkit was installed on any computer you put a loaded disk in.
I had a couple of legally purchased CDs from that era, and they never played right. They would skip, stall and even spontaneously eject. And this was in various music CD players (home player, car), which the rootkit wasn't supposed to affect.

Why can't I get Back To My Mac to work in both directions between my 2011 Mac Book Air and my 2012 Mac Mini? The network uses a Time Capsule. Everything works when connecting from the Mini to the Air, but the reverse is not the case, none of the Mini's drives are visible, and the screen sharing option is not available. I've tried the measures already suggested in online articles, everything seems to be configured correctly using my iCloud account. I'm at a loss, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I've now managed to get the service running in both directions, but not in the way I had anticipated. I had to create a second account on the Mac Book Air, this also has administrator privilages, everything works fine when connecting from this acccount. However, this is not the way I would expect to work, none of my documents, applications and settings would be available, unless I laboriously duplicated them to the new account.
Also, I've yet to get the service running from outside my home network.

To all frustrated Photoshop users:
As has been pointed out, the Adobe Photoshop Forum is NOT staffed by Adobe employees (though a few engineers DO stop by, when they have the time), and we are but users, such as yourself. The difference is that many users here have decades of experience with Ps, and can often solve all sorts of issues, of a technical nature.
Ranting, and listing bad experiences with Adobe Technical Support (or Customer Support), will NOT reach Adobe - just other users, who might have also had negative experiences with Adobe T/S, but who are powerless to change anything, at a corporate level - also noted by others in this thread.
We, as users, have no access to any communications that you might have had with T/S - no phone logs, no case numbers, nothing. All that we have is what YOU provide us, regarding YOUR problem. Why can't I get my Ipod shuffle to do anything? Before it stopped playing, saying or doing any thing I checked battery and it was full! This has happened before with another Ipod shuffle and I took it back. well, my new one is doing it. It plays for a while and then it decides to stop. Has anyone else experienced this?
Headphones in properly. Check !
Battery full. Check !
I can not even see a light when I switch it on and off. No voice over to tell me anything. Zero music!
Played music for about 1-2 hours max. Should be more than this! Checked battery before it stopped anyway and this was fine.

Does the iPod connect to other networks?
Does the iPod see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iPod connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

Appears essential to keep resource-forked data off Lion disk:
First attempt with Eudora on SL VM was sharing data on Lion disk. Error messages on open like "can't find Table of Contents" suggest Lion ate resource forks crucial to Eudora.
Found success by transferring data from SL Mac to thumb drive, then mounted drive in SL VM so Lion couldn't touch.
While Michael warns against storing data in VM, appears there's no choice with Eudora. At least She's enthroned on a mirrored RAID.
There is Nothing like Eudora! (to tune of "There is Nothing Like a Dame" from South Pacific -- Oops! my gray hair is showing!)
(It's amazing Parallels can force Lion to store taboo resource forks. Thank God for code warriors!)

Many of my saved Bookmarks have their correct Web Icons.
However many fail to save their Web Icon leaving the Icon blank.
The Web Sites in question do have specific Web Icons.
I have tried deleting the Bookmarks in question and saving them again without success.
Why can I not get these icons to be saved in the Bookmarks?

No problem here with that TalkTalk website, the favicon image saves immediately when I save it as a bookmark. It uses a conventional favicon.ico image in the root directory <br />

With Barcalays iBank I can't figure out where the website image in the Location bar is being loaded from.
With Barclaycard, the favicon saves with the new bookmark, even though that image is in a non-standard location. <br/>
