I asked many times for help on my hook up help and it seems nobody wants to help out. Sorry I wasted everybodys time.

Ppl are willing to help, just be a bit paitent. I just searched your posts. You st asked on the 8th, just before the weekend and then simply repeated the same post several times in new threads. Being upset no ones replied yet, seems a bit unrealistic to me. You dont even mention what ways you have tried so far so ppl have a better idea of how to help. Did you not get or not install the front bay for your card?
That said it seems like should be easy to figure out. Since you want the mixer to amp everything it may be real simple. Route the sound from Mackie to mixer and then the mixer into your soundcard.

If they DO help, please take a moment to let them know, and also use the "Correct," and "Helpful" buttons in the forum, to let Adobe Corporate know that you got help in the Adobe Forums - they DO count those numbers, though they do not monitor these forums.
Good luck, and many feel that the help FROM the Adobe products forums, is much better, than from Adobe Technical Support.

Why can'y we get any help

for more than 2 years we've repeatedly asked for our comcast tv and internet to be fixed. for 2 years it's been the same thing, change the box and say everything is fine, when it's not. for the last month there have been multiple appontments made with none kept and with no call. no one seems to know a thing or even care and it's gotten way too old, to the point of cancelling and moving on to fios/verizon. so I ask why can't we get any help?. we've asked for an upgrade, no past money is due, can't play video games live (runs too slow) things just do not work as advertised and again no one here or where ever our calls are sent to seems to care. it's we'll send someone on this date and then they don't show, call again and the same thing. 5 times in the month of July alone.

So why can I not get iTunes working well?? It now takes at least 10 secs for any operation to be completed!
That is just plain evil. But I am sure I could do something to help.
All the music is on an 2T external drive.

Brigancook, is the library database on the external or just the media? iTunes reevaluates smart playlists and rewrites its database after every action on the library. I've found this can make a library half that size, with a lot of smart playlists, quite sluggish. That said I'm aware part of my problem is aging hardware. Having the database on the internal drive may improve performance if it is currently on the external.
I'd expect to see an exponential relationship between size and response time which may explain what you see. Cutting down on the number of smart playlists might help. If we're really lucky the long awaited iTunes 11 might have streamlined some of the background processes as well as cleaning up the front end.

Actually, everyone missed one point, when a device is priced, the cost of icloud storage space for that device is also included in it that is why they are able to give you 5gb each for each user ID, in nutshell there is nothing free coming with apple device purchase, it is paid for. What they are trying by giving only 5gb per user ID irrespective of the number of devices used is pure broadlight looting, they take money from you when you buy each device and give you nothing, This is a case of goods and services bought but not fully deliverd ie apple can be suied for discreminatory treatment towards it's users. I wonder why no one tried this yet in America where everyone sue everyone for petty things..... there is no one to take up this issue? . if tim got any love for the guys who shell out money for the devices his company makes, he should be implimenting this as priority before someone wake up from sleep and sue him.

I installed a very complete set of styles of an opentype font with Font Book – Mac OS X 10.9.4 – but when I tried to format a sample text on InDesign CS5.5 I noticed that I could not use the opentype features on the Open Type menu as I usually do.
Could anyone help me, please?

It's ffScala Sans, but has separate files for small caps, figures, etc.
I was trying to use small caps, lining figures and superscripts when I
noticed none of the OT features are available.
