Why can't I get windows 7 to recognize where I live and the model of my laptop?

I live in St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands, zip code 00820. There is no option for Atlantic Standard Time for me to be able to correct this problem myself.
Also, I have a Lenovo ThinkPad model T410. and Windows 7 will not recognize it.
These two problems are causing me many problems, including not being able to invite my family members in Florida to Skype with me. There are too many problems to list them all.
Can anyone help me?

Firstly, you said Windows 7 cannot recognize your computer. I want to know what Operating System be current on your computer. What's the error message or symptom when you attempt to install Windows 7 on your computer?
I would like to suggest you make sure if this model of your computer support Windows 7, and then follow this guide to installation

Insertion of APDivs/Layers are deprecated in CC. Historically, APDivs caused many, many problems for people who didn't understand they were not intended to be used as a primary layout tool. Look at FluidGrid Layouts.

Appears essential to keep resource-forked data off Lion disk:
First attempt with Eudora on SL VM was sharing data on Lion disk. Error messages on open like "can't find Table of Contents" suggest Lion ate resource forks crucial to Eudora.
Found success by transferring data from SL Mac to thumb drive, then mounted drive in SL VM so Lion couldn't touch.
While Michael warns against storing data in VM, appears there's no choice with Eudora. At least She's enthroned on a mirrored RAID.
There is Nothing like Eudora! (to tune of "There is Nothing Like a Dame" from South Pacific -- Oops! my gray hair is showing!)
(It's amazing Parallels can force Lion to store taboo resource forks. Thank God for code warriors!)

If you are having trouble emptying youre trash use these two commands in terminal. After doing so, the commands will empty out your trash.
sudo rm -rf ~/.Trash
sudo rm -rf /Volumes/*/.Trashes

Why can't I get a straight answer re: Multi Room DVR and HD Boxes

A rep that I spoke w/ on the phone and the website tells me that the HD set top boxes are not compatiable w/ the Multi Room DVR. But they are working on it. A rep I chatted w/ today told me they definitely WILL work together. Why can't I get a straight answer?? And what IS the correct answer? I want to switch to FIOS and I really like the Multi Room DVR option, but I don't want my 1 of my 2 main TVs to be w/o HD. And since the Multi Room Box is HD why wouldn't it be compatiable w/ the HD boxes??
Does anyone know what's going on w/ this?? Thanks!

And that info is out of date, whether it is on Verizon's website or not. If you have the latest level of the IMG (1.6), then, as confirmed one post above yours, that the HD STB is now supported, and works. This has been posted in multiple posts on multiple forums, so I believe that it is accurate. But I do not have the 1.6 level so I cannot confirm that personally, I can only repeat what other posters in this and other forums have said. For example:

It's also possible that your wireless printer will work with a minor OS tweak if you're on Snow Leopard OS X 10.6.x. Your Mac system must be on for printing to occur. (I haven't tested with Leopard 10.5.x or Lion 10.7.x)

I've been using it to print to a Canon MP560 wireless printer and an HP LaserJet 1320 USB-to-Mac printer from my wife's iPad 2 since the first day she received it for both photos and documents. Duplex printing to the Canon does not seem to be supported.

Why am i unable to Wi Fi sync with iTunes after I have connected to iTunes on my computer using a cable, clicking "Sync with the iPhone over Wi Fi? When I click "Sync Now, my IP4 states, "It will resume when "computer a" is available. My computer's name is no longer "a" it is "computer c."

Try giving your iPad a reset. Hold down the sleep and home keys until you see the silver apple. Let it reboot and try again.
When you're swapping out chargers, make sure you're using an iPad charger. It is different from an iPhone one (iPhone chargers put out about half the power)
Charging via USB will likley tell you that it's not charging because most USB's put out a fraction of the power that the iPad wants, so it says not charging.
ALso try different outlets and cables if you have them
If you go through all that and still can't get it to charge then you may need to make an appointment at your local apple store and have them look at it.

I had a simple easy downloader on my fox page it left a green arrow on the bar for downloads, all I needed to do was click on it and pick the type i wanted (mp3 or flv etc) but youtube was giving me ahard time when I tryed to download more then one video, I would get all the same ones as the first one, so i tryed a different downloader it showed a video reel as it's symbol and it seemed to work but then I accedently clicked on something and it dissapeared. Now whenever i go to the add-ons to get one it says I's been done succsessfully but doesn't show up once I get back to my home page???Can you help fix this issue please!!

If you're asking why you can't verifiy your email account, you do this by clicking the Verify Now link in the email that Apple sent to you. Make sure you check the email address you used to set up your iCloud account. Also make sure you check the spam/junk folder as well as the inbox. If it isn't there, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right click Resend under your Primary Email Address to resend the verification email.

I have two accounts on mt Mac Pro, one will open Aperture, the other will not as it says I need to 'set permissions'. I opened Aperture on the primary account and looked for ways of setting permissions, but couldn;t find any. Any advice anyone can offer?

Ah ok , libraries are on a per user basis. That is multiple users can run Aperture (as you are seeing) but each users library is private to that user.
There are ways to share libraries between users. If you describe what it is you are trying to do and what you have one so far I'm sure help will be on the way.

Why can't I get my iTunes library to sync all tunes and not just purchased tunes

I have itunes on my pc, macbookair, and iphone . I'm able to sync however the libraries are not the same. iphone and pc 342 tunes, macbook air shows only those purchased from itunes and not those added years ago by uploading CDs. All settings seem to be OK - share all, sync all, all devices authorized etc. Any suggestions?

Try deleting the account on the iPod and recreating the account. Sometimes it is easier to renter everything rather than trying to find the error.
If you need more help please provide any error messages and your email provider.

Have you tried quitting Pages completely, restart the iPad and then go back to Pages and see if they will upload?
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
