WHy can't i intall iTunes???
Every time I try to intall iTunes it automaticly brings me to a page that says "thank you for downlaoding itunes"!! AND I haven't even downloaded it yet! Please tell me what is wrong and how to fix this problem!! My operating system is a SONY VIAO w/ WINDOWS XP...

Generate the error message again. While the error message box is open, hold down the Alt key and hit the PrtSc key. Paste the screenshot into an image file (using a program like Paint), and save the file.
Start a reply here and click the wee camera icon at the top of the reply window. Click "Choose file", browse to the image file, select the file and click "Open". Now click "Insert file" to insert the screenshot into the reply. -
Why can't we use iTunes gift cards with family sharing? After Christmas, we now have lots of account credit we can't use. Very frustrating. There is no option found for using account credit.
I just logged out of my daughter's account and back in, and now it works. Deducted from gift card account balance. So I hope this is resolved.

Theoretically, Microsoft is deciding what apps you can install. In Windows RT, you can only install apps from the Windows Store and they must be ARM-based, things that Apple and iTunes don't meet, so you can't use iTunes in Windows RT -

Impossible to say with no information on which to base a diagnosis. "can't download" by itself doesn't tell us anything useful. What OS is your laptop running, and where exactly are things going wrong, including error messages if any?
