Why Can't I Log In to Install the Indesign Trial Version?

I set up an Adobe account, loggied in, and downloaded the Indesign trial version, however, when I tried to install it, the system kept saying my user ID (e-mail address) and password did not match, even if I was able to sign in before. I clicked on the trouble with signing in link, and entered my e-mail address. The system then said that e-mail address was invalid. So I tried to use a different e-mail address to create a new account, however the system said that the new e-mail address already exists. What should I do?

Hi sz9688,
Please reset the password for your Adobe ID and then try signing in and check.

You cannot open files directly with Lr.
    You have to import them.

I don't think the OP is trying to print to PDF -- it says they can't print OUT the PDF they've made.
That said, this is definietly an issue on the system, not a trial limitiation.
How about providing some system specs, please?

  • Why is my internet not working after installing the new iTunes version on my PC?

Last night I installed the latest 11.1 iTunes on my PC and now I have not network connection. So when I restored my PC I have internet but no iTunes and it's becoming one vicious cycle!!!

Ok, after a bit of a freak out and a calming husband - he looked up the answer.  View "ios6 crash update" in the search bar; or click on the link.
Good luck!  I'll be curious to know how long it takes until it crashes again - but this was the first time it's crashed since I've owned it.
    It's my favorite toy!

  • Why can't I access my Sign Feature on a trial version?

I downloaded a trial version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, but I can't sign my documents. The choices are not accesseble under the TOOLS, SIGN, or COMMENTS tabs. Can someone help? Am I missing something?

It sounds as if you are still using the free Adobe Reader rather than the paid for/'trial Acrobat Pro. Downloading Acrobat Pro does not change Adobe Reader, it's a separate app.

Let's try a standalone Apple Mobile Device Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of why it's not installing under normal conditions.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:
    http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:
    http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi (or AppleMobileDeviceSupport64.msi) to do a standalone AMDS install.
(If it offers you the choice to remove or repair, choose "Remove", and if the uninstall goes through successfully, see if you can reinstall by doubleclicking the AppleMobileDeviceSupport.msi again.)
Does it install (or uninstall and then reinstall) properly for you? If so, does your device connect without that message now?

After downloading the 64-bit version of iTunes on my Windows 7 machine I get the "Congratulations, you've successfully installed iTunes" message.  However, when I plug in my iPhone I get an error message that says, in part, "...the required software is not installed.  Run the installer to remove iTunes, then install the 64-bit version of iTunes".  I've been at this for hours, carefully deleting all Apple software (Apple Mobile Support, Quicktime, etc. and before each attempt to install the 64-bit version from Apple ( no third parties).  Same result each time!!!  Any ideas????

Everytime I try to plug my iPhone 3Gs into my computer, to sync my music with iTunes, iTunes gives me this error message. I've done what it says, removing, installing, uninstalling, reinstalling etc. I know someone's probably going to give me a link to the 64-bit installer, but the thing is, the installation file is " iTunes64Setup.exe. I'm not an expert with apple products, but I assume by the name of the file that it is, indeed the installer for 64-bit iTunes. I don't know, I'm just very frustrated, because for the last 3 days, I've been trying to figure out how to make iTunes work on my new computer. Thanks.
