Why can't I login to my ISP mailbox?

when I open Mozilla browser it opens to my recent window as I preferenced, but when I try to read a message or check my mail it usually says "Login expired, login again." When I try to login to my ISP mailbox I get this message sometimes: login.yahoo.com uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is not trusted. The certificate is only valid for <a id="cert_domain_link" title="gateway.2wire.net">gateway.2wire.net</a>
(Error code: sec_error_untrusted_issuer)
and my only option is to press "OK".
Other times I get a message that says that the server reset itself.
It took me 2 weeks to open my mail this last time. How can I bypass this?

First question that I am not clear on your answer about: Is the Apple ID itself a valid email address, and the same one that you have as your Primary email address on your account? If the actual Apple ID is not an email address, then that is why you are not able to sign on to iCloud or to verify it....it must be an email address.
If it is an email address then:
Update your OS to the latest version - 10.8.5
Once you have updated, reboot the Mac and then go to Preferences>iCloud and try to sign on with your Apple ID again.
Check Manage your Apple ID to make sure that your Apple ID/Primary email address is verified.
If the problem persists, contact iCloud Support to see if they can provide you with an explanation of the meaning of the message. If the Apple ID has already been verified, then I'm not sure why you would be getting this messge:

What browser are you using to log in to your brother account? It could be a problem with some settings within your browser that is giving you grief.

Why can't I login to iMessages from my Mac?

Why can't I login to iMessages from my Mac? It just started all of a sudden, all my iMessage conv's are offline. I tried but get an error message that states "Your Apple ID "xxxxxxxx" can't be used to set up iMessage at this time" and then a customer code to contact apple. This would require a pay for advice payment I'd rather not do.
Anyone have any ideas?

There is no official public documentation of that alert as far as I know, but according to reports, it can sometimes mean that the same Apple ID is being used with the iTunes Store or one of the other Apple content stores, and the payment method is invalid. Sign in to the store and review your account. You do not, of course, have to provide any billing information to set up an account to use only with iMessage, as it's a no-charge service.
Otherwise, do what the alert tells you to do. According to reports, you won't be charged for the support call if you select "Apple ID" as the product and cite the customer code in the alert as the "validation code" to the representative.

Why can't I log-in to Firefox Accounts to set up Sync from my laptop PC? FF30+ keeps telling me to Please enable cookies; cookies ARE enabled, and I already tried Safe Mode. This has been happening ever since the new Sync was implemented, so I'm guessing around FF 30. I am now up to FF version 34 and it still isn't working. I have not been able to sync since the "update."
Problem #1: Going to about:accounts and clicking on the blue Get Started button opens a blank screen. There isn't even a prompt about cookies. It's just blank. Screen shot attached.
This is before add-ons are disabled. If they're disabled in Safe Mode, we go to Problem #2.
Problem #2: I skimmed a thread (https://github.com/mozilla/fxa-content-server/issues/1017) and tried logging in to Sync through accounts.mozilla.com instead, but though the screen doesn't turn blank while add-ons are still enabled, the "Enable cookies" warning is as far as I can get. Going to about:accounts in Safe Mode has the same result. I have cleared all my cookies and my cache, restarted FF multiple times with and without add-ons enabled, and still nothing. I have browsed this support forum for similar questions, and while other people are having the same issue, none of the other threads have been resolved yet. Several FF versions later, this is way too long for this issue to still be unresolved.... Screen shot attached.
I know where Firefox's cookie manager is located, and I have toggled all the settings. I even allowed third-party cookies (though I really shouldn't since they're pointless). No difference. Screen shot attached.
I looked in about:config and searched for the word "cookie" in the names, but even doing that is pointless for me since I'm not a programmer and hence ignorant in what all these settings actually mean. Screen shot attached.
I'm at the end of my rope here, guys. It's been months. A year. Maybe more than a year; I don't even know anymore. I just got a new device and I don't want to add all my Firefox information to it one-by-one. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact Mozilla directly, so.... Someone help, please....

Thank you for replying. Unfortunately, I already did all of these things. As you can see from the below screenshot, the language is already set. Also, this screenshot was taken in Safe Mode, so NoScript is not enabled. About:accounts still says I need to enable cookies for some reason. So, this solution didn't work....

At first I was having trouble with FaceTime it stopped working out of nowhere and then it like logged me out. So I tried login in and it kept telling me my apple ID password was wrong. I got annoyed so I stopped trying and then a month later then same occurred with my iMessage. It was working fine and then it randomly logged me out and it doesn't let me login. I can't login to a website from my iPad although the same login details work fine when logging in from my PC. This has started happening since the upgrade to iOS 7. Can anyone suggest why and what I can do to resolve this, please? Thanks for any advice.

It seems this is was not an iOS 7 problem after all. I was just using the wrong password! D'oh! The password field is pre-filled on my PC but not on the iPad. In my defence the error message I was getting said my email address didn't match their records. However I should have checked by typing the password in on my PC, which is what I eventually did.
After having so many problems with iOS 7 I guess i'm starting to jump to the conclusion that it is to blame for everything!

WHY CAN'T I LOGIN TO MANY WEB SITE WITH FIREFOX BUT CAN WITH INTERNET EXLORER 8 AND GOOGLE CHROME

I just installed firefox 3.6.8 on a new computer, it worked fine for a few days but now I cannot login to several sites that require usernames & passwords. (citezens bank online, (chase freedom credit cards online) medco mail order prescripions online. etc. Some of the sites say that I must have java script enabled, but if I go to firefox tools/options/content it shows java script enabled. I can login fine with internet explorer 8 and google chrome. I have firefox 3.6.8 on my old computer that has dial up internet access and it works fine. On the citizens bank web page the words "login" appear in a box, but when I click on it nothing happens & no boxes for usename or password show up. on the medco login page no lotin related words appear. They do with IE8 & google chrome. On chase freedom the login boxes are there but when I enter my password, after a few seconds the password disappears & nothing happens. The other browsers work fine . I believe that on one of the sites there is a message about "scripting being necessary" I cannot find any info about scripting it I do a search for it.

Why can't I login using my e-mail address anymore?

I've been using SDN for 8-9 months now. It's setup to remember me but in the last couple of days it would just hang when I tried to go to any SDN link.
I deleted the cookie and tried logging on using my login instead of e-mail and that works just fine. Tried logging in with e-mail again and it hangs.
So I thought maybe I had the wrong e-mail address in the system. I went through the process to request a new password which then e-mailed me the new password and it got to to me meaning that it has the right e-mail address.
So what's up? Did something change on SDN where I no longer can use the e-mail address to login?

How are you trying to log into your account ? You can log into an account :
- via the 'manage your apple id' button on http://appleid.apple.com
- Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes
- tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on an iOS device
All three let you view and/or change your billing address, though only the last you let you view payment details. You could try one of the other methods and see if they let you login without requesting a password change.

If you want to check your account's purchase history then you can do so via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, or you can view the last 90 days purchases via http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Why can't I login to iCloud on the PC?

I have a Windows 7 machine, and have installed iCloud Control Panel to take advantage of the brave new world. In particular I want the photo stream to work.
Install was not a problem, but when I come to login it just stops- forever- with no response and a spinning dial to indicate waiting.
Nothing seems to fix it- whether disabling the firewall or uninstalling/reinstalling, rebooting, or that netsh command that someone keeps posting as an answer. Its not an answer- it doesn't make this work.

Yes, I am experiencing the same issue of getting an endless spinner upon login to iCloud from my Windows 7 32-bit PC. I get no error message even after letting it spin for 6 hours. I too have reinstalled iCloud PC and run the suggested "netsh winsock reset" in other posts. Nothing seems to work. I don't even think the login credentials are leaving my machine beacuse if I put in the incorrect password, it does not come back with an invalid login error. I think the application is reaching out to a destination that does not exist and waits endlessly for a response. Would appreciate other suggestions.

I'm not certain but I think Airplay is a non-secure protocol.
So if someone wrote a program to intercept Airplay they could potentially make a copy of that encrypted DVD you are trying to Airplay, albeit with compression and other compromises.
